This video opened my eyes just how efficient the duo electric sheeps are when it comes to Envy teams.
Middle Meursault spamming Electric Sheep whenever S2 is not available has been my secret sauce since s4 started. Much more valuable than regret in that team comp.

You're lucky Outis never got to Sunshower. People underestimate her because its a bottom tier ID, but that EGO is nigh unclashable.

That Hex Nail envy resonance VS AEDD play was absolutely IMMENSE, hello???
A small tip. Binds Heathcliff is fantastic for envy team because of it's passive, giving 5 offense level up to every member of resonance chain if Heathcliff is a part of this chain.
Requires Lust, which in my current set-up I can only get through 7 Fausts Defense skill or if some of our reserves with Lust skills are called in. I'm planning to build up Lob Remnant Faust for use in this team in the future, so I'll have some Lust to play with.
@@ForemanPlaysStuff Remnants Faust actually have an ungodly amount of haste on her skill 2, so envy fragility from hex nail would be even more valuable, especially overclocked version
I almost shit myself when I saw the Envy Pecatulum could use EGO. I really hope they come back as enemies there so much fun to be had with fighting enemies with all of your tools.
Can hardly wait to see what other peccatula enemy types come out. Like, evolved versions and whatnot. We only have Irae in the He-class, and there's still Waw-class and Aleph-class after that. I dread to think of how horrid those would be if Project Moon follows through with the entire classification chain. And considering how much space they have left in the game's lifespan, there's no telling when pecattula will become a dreaded enemy type.
@@HESHRocketWarhead I'm pretty sure the first ones were classified as TETH, making the big ones WAW. Although, it has been a while so I might be misremembering.
@@fluffy7358 No, they were actually classed as Zayin. You can see for yourself, if you go back and watch some of the earlier episodes they're introduced in.

They give me the same vibes as the random, no-name bloke that ends up becoming the Pianist and wreaking havoc and causing a domino effect that reverberated throughout the south side of the City with certain pair of Colors

Btw, if you're considering getting any ego for Yi Sang I recommend Sunshower. It's a very strong aoe
10:15 there's actually another trick that will probably prove useful in the future: if an enemy clashes with a slower sinner, insted of taking this clash over with a faster one you can still decide to clash with a slower one to get a one-sided attack in. In this case, you could safely attack with Faust while Ishmael is taking over the clash. Hope this helps!

Absolutely great work, Foreman~! You definitely did well with using those Speed mechanics, not to mention that good use of the Sapling of Light (that unclashed Quick Suppression on RHeath was scary to think about, especially since it was targeting Faust)
The Sinners Jacked Up On Grimace Shakes- ahem, I mean, the Envy Peccatulum are definitely a pretty cool feature. I really hope we get to see some more of them in the future, especially in the Cantos proper. Don fighting Don to see who can devour who first would be pretty sick~

Though I'm very biased in that since she carried me through a lot of the game, and is just a cool ID generally.

Her stupidly high rolling skill 3 has been incredibly useful many times.
It's worth noting that, in keeping with the Kurokumo's theming, "Lenticular" also refers to a type of cloud.
That aside, you got pretty lucky with the N-Corp fight. The Envy Peccatulum AI seems programmed to always use the highest-rank skill they have available, meaning that if Nclair rolls self-destructive purge in his opening deck, he WILL use it turn one. And while they never use EGO turn one, Self-Destructive Purge is arguably harder to clash with than any EGO they have available (Especially since they seem to always use the highest-rank EGO they can pay for, which often is NOT their best clasher).

at 42:44 that attack power difference wouldve mattered if you rolled tails, before the -2 both of you rolling tails meant you lost but that little edge meant that your tails hit was 1 higher than his, so while it didnt matter, it mightve

Just make one person take a turn first and the other person responds and then the second person chooses his skills first and the first person then chooses what to clash or whatever
Finished my run for this just a few hours before you posted. Was curious hoe our runs differed and man that fight with Jun went WAAYY differently for us both. But i think it was just a difference in our teams
Section 2 sure is tough without ego spam, I farmed for 30 turns in section 1 just so that I wont run out of resources for the rest of the railway.

You could consider having Seven Faust using her Defence ability when the situation is under control, rather than actually using it for combat. Like, if you've got all enemies staggered or you only need one or two hits from sinners to finish the battle, having Faust go on Guard should still get you the Lust Resource even if it doesn't end up getting used, won't it? So perhaps you could have Seven Faust just use guard for stockpiling Lust Resources when she's not expecting any action on the current turn nor needs to get involved.

Didn't expect envy to be that good in RR. I guess the archetype is powered up by being hit, and Don gains up to 5 damage up from that too so no wonder she's been dealing a lot of damage with electric screaming
Actually, now that I think about it, envy does have a lot more options than any other team in chain battles in particular, since you can just equip all 12 sinners with IDs that have envy, while status teams either don't have all 12 status IDs or need some enemy finicking.

Ah, Forgery... To be honest, that section of Railway 4, when Project Moon decides "Screw it, time to throw all the overpowered IDs at you" was rough for a lot of players. It's commonly considered the single hardest section of the Railway, and for very good reason, because the IDs are strong and they have a tendancy to spam EGO very, very, very, very frequently. I myself struggled for something around 4 hours against that one section alone.
In short, the fact you managed to beat that chunk on your first go-around is nothing short of enviable (Hah, Envy).
I look forward to seeing you reach the end of this Railway. It's certainly an experience.
I found the first wave of Section 4 to be the hardest fight but thats maybe because I went into it with only 1 wrath and 2 sloth. But even if I had more, I always had to use Pigritia on turn 1 just to properly deal with *him* and his spam

in case no one else mentioned, counters can be offset just like any other defensive skill. really helped out in mirror dungeons when the enemies have big counters you cant risk taking constantly
