    2. Cobra stretch
    It increases the flexibility of the spine and stretches abdominal muscles.
    3. Kegel exercise

    4. Viparita Karani
    It helps to reduce wrinkles and smoothens swollen or cramped feet.
    The patient must perform each exercise daily for 5 times and hold for 5-15 seconds. And take a break for 30 seconds.
