Physical activity plays an important role in every individual life as it prevents diseases and improves the quality of life. It is important for patients with male infertility to perform regular exercise as it helps regulate blood flow in the abdominal area.
Male infertility includes:
1. Erectile dysfunction
2. Premature ejaculation
3. Low sperm count
Himanshu Dhawan advises exercises to patients with male infertility which will help them to cure and prevent further problems. The 4 exercises are:
1. Butterfly aasan
It helps to relax tensed tissues and improves blood circulation in the lower body.
2. Cobra stretch
It increases the flexibility of the spine and stretches abdominal muscles.
3. Kegel exercise
It helps to increase blood flow and improves sexual function.
4. Viparita Karani
It helps to reduce wrinkles and smoothens swollen or cramped feet.
The patient must perform each exercise daily for 5 times and hold for 5-15 seconds. And take a break for 30 seconds.
