    I actually got coros pace 2 after this big update and i love it. I was thinking about Garmin forerunner 255 but this was better for my budget as my first fitness/sports Watch. It's amaizing and so intuitive with app 💪 so good for fitness and outdoors. Can't complain, still on my First week and i am so hyped 🙌 🤠 can't be even more satisfied with this purchase 😅 i started fitness this year and this kind of helping with fitness programs and track my activities. It's like a joy to use it everytime i do something sports. Whants me get out and be active ❤

    Coros is gradually becoming the best option for running watches. My old trusty Suunto Spartan Trainer Wrist HR (what a mouthful) is 5 years old now and feels positively ancient and inaccurate compared to all the new watches. I'm seriously considering replacing it with a Coros watch now.

    Great comments here about the Pace 2. I have had mine for about a year and this update has given it even MORE value for money. I have / had Garmin 645, Garmin FR245, Garmin Vivoactive 4 and the COROS is by far the best value and pretty darn accurate. So far nobody has mentioned that the Pace 2 also has amazing batter life - almost three weeks on one charge going with three to four runs a week. I couldn't be happier.

    That muscle heatmap looks interesting... Could you maybe do a detailed review on Coros' strength training? Things like possibility to do custom workouts and how the UI for that and the actual training is? Garmin kind of has this already, but the heatmap is per-activity, without an actual, say, weekly overview.

    do you know if anyone(beta tester) has feedback to increase the HR sampling from just 10min and realtime only option, to at least include 5min interval too? 10min sampling is just too large of an interval (at least for pace2 too). im ok of a lil batt hit, but smaller interval would be an useful option

    • @darianallberry
      @darianallberry Рік тому

      Hey Nizam, thanks for the comment! Can you share more about why specifically the 5 minute interval would be advantageous as compared to the real-time and 10min options? ie: What specifically is the use-case of 5 vs. 10min?

    • @nizam_mr
      @nizam_mr Рік тому

      @@darianallberry : hmm, i believe more ref datapoint do has benefit(tho a lil batt hit). At least for me, sometimes i got a 'moment' that i suddenly felt off(low blood sugar kind of feel, blackout, etc) for unknown reason while on daily routine. Maybe a higher sampling hr could show something prior to/during the moment, if i were to look back for reference.
      And 5min interval may track some level of hr exertion when i suddenly decide to take the stairs, brisk walk etc but dont feel to go the lenght to use 'activity' mode recording 🤔.
      realtime is just too aggressive of a data(batt consumption penalty) if just to capture hr changes when brisk walking to cafeteria, take the stairs etc..
