From the outside it may have looked like the breakup and the new girlfriend happened quickly but we the viewers have no idea what is happening behind the scenes. Some of the comments here are rather racist which surprises me. After all, all you white folks are the minority in the Philippines. It is Mike and Nelly living their lives and you all have nothing to do with that.
I remember there's a vlog when Mike had a DNA test and was so excited to know that he's got an 8%can't recall if it's Filipino or Asian blood. They even plan (Mike and nelly) to buy a piece of land in the province, build a house there, and create a family. In my mind, it's not possible. So, from that, I think he'd like to permanently stay in the Philippines and (... ..) is just perfect to make it happen. The girl knows Mike and Nelly before and must have fallen secretly, and Mike may have noticed it. And that happens vice-versa. To viewers, It's just my thoughts, nothing else.
