Moth fan48 pointed out a few issues in my guide, I found a few more myself and decided to make a video, it's unlisted but available from the end of this video here.
I thought I'd add a few notes: In level 21 (16:29) its best to shoot at the lower turbine first since the top isn't immediately available to you since the platform blocks it. Its not extremely important but Id still keep it in mind In level 17 (14:09) You can speed the car up by shooting the front wheel, theres no risk to it and you can save a up to a few hundred milliseconds so its always worth it. This was supposed to be in the video but was forgotten The second strategy featured in level 19 (the strategy started at 15:23) First of all Id recommend first jumping when you start standing over the 4th balloon from the right. 2nd i wanted to explain a bit about why this works since ordinarily jumping over 2 tall blocks is impossible. This game has a weird mechanic where your second consecutive jump has a slightly higher height which is just high enough to hip hang on a 2 tall block. 23: (18:10) for the second method shown there is some prep in level 22 that makes it easier and faster, the idea is to put your cursor on the bottom of the right cactus on the platform immediately above you. If you do this you can immediately shoot 2 bullets once you enter 23. 29 (23:39) Just so its clear in the faster method shown you dont have to jump off the top platform and shoot at the same time. If youd like you can shoot first and then walk off which doesnt waste any time since you have to wait for the moving platform anyway. And also in level 3 theres an alternate strategy that isnt mentioned here that you might find a bit easier, if anyone is struggling let me know and I'll try to explain it. Thats alls I could think of, this is so much better than all my attempts
