I would 100% pay for a course. I don’t have much $$$, but it’s one of those cases where, I could spend a whole lot more in mistakes…
And tbh, u absolutely inspire confidence that I ordinarily can’t seem to find on my own after the Covid beat down on my mental health.
I’ll be sticking around to see what the future brings for your channel.
Ps, I’m especially considering wood and resin “turning” on a.. lathe(?)
    I think that’s correct..

You are awesome! With no experience at all, I offered to preserve fflowers for a friend of mine‘s mother’s funeral. And UA-cam is my go to for guidance hence how I came across your channel. Oh, how I wish I had found you before I bought my epoxy. I guess I’m just gonna bite the bullet and buy more resin because it’s not worth me screwing up on flowers I can’t replace. I’m gonna go with your suggestion of Promise. I’ve had my supplies for awhile now because I’m too afraid to get started. There’s so many videos out there and none I’ve found has been as informative as you. You’ve given me the confidence that I can do this. So as soon as my order from Promise comes in I’m going to take the plunge and just do it! In the mean time I’m going to watch every video you have out to keep my confidence up (except the injury one) and try to learn as much as I can from you, in hopes of gifting my friend a beautiful keepsake. I’m going use your videos to build a mold for a river charcuterie board with the flowers in the middle. I think proper term I’ve heard you use is “casting”. I’ve heard you say,”deep pour casting resin” and I went to the link you provided to order my resin but I’m still a little confused. Is deep pour and deep pour casting resins 2 different things? Just want to clarify before I place my order. Your help would be greatly appreciated. YOU HAVE INSPIRED ME & now I can’t wait to start.

Finally someone who gives practical advice in a way I understand without leaving anything out! I have the Festool 90DX which is only a 3.3” but it includes the detail attachment head which allows me to get in those tiny corners. I also have Makita 1 1/4 compact router that’s still in the box along with a million small tools and a couple drills that I barely know how to use. I’ve purchased tools I don’t need due to confusion so I appreciate the information….. the biggest take away from this is finally getting the courage to pursue something I love and get excited about as opposed to waking up with anxiety at the thought of dragging my tired @ss into work. To do a job that’s given more ptsd than benefits. Thank you for the advice, inspiration and clear instructions!

Your videos are awesome! I learn something from each and every one. Keep up the great work!!! Question..... May be a dumb one but here goes... Does the wood have to be kiln dried or if it's dry, it will be good to use.

Can I come work with you for free? I’ll sweep floors, keep wood stacked and organized. I’ll do all the grunt work. I just want to be an apprentice and learn. I’m happy to do FaceTime or whatever so you can get to know me first. Thank you, Adam Thompson
