    I reported a bug once that was so extreme I literally could not progress in the main story quests. I think it was something to do with the quests to get to Epona and do the saving Anne quests?? I’m not really sure. An NPC I was supposed to talk to literally just did not exist. Customer support said they would “look into it” and it would be “fixed soon.” 7 months later that NPC was finally visible. Thanks for the speedy fix sso

      Yeah the quests getting bugged is such a common thing anymore it's a shame.

      I had a similar issue! When the token photo quests came out first I took a photo of Token at the cafe in jarlaheim. But it didnt count in the journal, i had every other photo but that one didnt count. And i couldnt redo it because i already took it. I even met someone else with the same issue!
      I told customer support, customer support asked for a proof video, i sent it. Never got a response again. Actual years later (pretty sure it was 2 years later?) I login in one day and the quest popped up as complete.

      I have had so many of those and never get a response so I’ve been stuck for months cause the npc dosent show up, I get in the moon to quest and the flipping thing isn’t there 😭

      @@huntermoonhearth Also quick note, as I do agree with everything said in the video, there is actually a weekly bug blog! Scroll down all the way on news and you show find a page for all the bugs they are working on/fixed.

    Star Stable has a seperate page for bugs. If you go to their news page from the main website if you scroll down their is bug log fix which gets updated very often^-^

    I just remember when I just wanted to change my email earlier this year . I gave them the invoice IDs for the last three purchases I made and even included screenshots of the PayPal receipts.
    That wasn’t good enough. They want the ID of a very specific purchase in 2017. I had to dig through PayPal to find that specific one.
    Changing the email to my bank account where my real money is kept was less of a hassle.

      At this point I don't think they even have a set plan for email changed with the amount of stories I have seen and how they had to do x y z and it's all different or somewhat the same just to change their email.
      I get it is privacy issues and shouldn't be easy.. but come on.

      @@huntermoonhearth Guess they thought I went through all the trouble of hacking into someone’s PayPal account, hacking their email address just to steal their SSO account.
      Cause that’s what people do I guess. Why would a thief use your PayPal to transfer money to themselves and run when they can steal your virtual horses.

    I once bought four of the older gen shire horses, and then stopped playing for like a year got back on and two of the shires weren’t there so I contacted them and they went “nuh uh” and that was that :D

    Reported 3 or 4 individuals regarding adult rp in global and never received a reply or confirmation that anything was done. Had screenshot as proof as well. Deleted the game yesterday. I mean, they were under investigation by their own government. I no longer trust this company at this point.

      @huntermoonhearth last week. It happened last week. Shortly after they made the flier loosely addressing they were investigating a separate situation. I made the report Wednesday or Thursday I think. Heard absolutely nothing back regarding these individuals.

      @huntermoonhearth or are you talking about them being under investigation by their own government?
      Edit: I think that was a few months ago that I heard about that? Not sure if it is still on going. It was something about predatory marketing practices towards children or something of that nature.

    I was being harassed and called weird shit, I contacted support “ ignore them” I literally screamed, people wanted to do stuff to me. I moved servers and haven’t moved back, later on I made a new acc, I sent photo proof and everything. Istg don’t tell me to block them do smt

      The ignore button is the biggest flop SSO uses to not do anything and just use it as an excuse to not work istg. I am so sorry.

      @@huntermoonhearth ikr the ignore button sucks! I was on mobile and still am ( can’t afford laptop) and finding the ignore is so hard, and sometimes it just Dosent work. Like wtf. I have to mail sso to ignore ppl if there being that rude, ahh I love sso 😍

    dude the insane Z-fighting around on the water of last years Halloween event was BONKERS. idek if it can be classified as Z-fighting because it literally was like rave lights. Personally, I'm epileptic and VERY offended it took them so long to fix a TEXTURE issue. because it is NOT that hard and has nothing to do with any code. I swear they don't test their game since main story quests and areas include so many bugs.

    Had I known about the Reddit post I would of added my story with support lol,(this happened on February 11th 2024) I basically sent in a report about getting a network error while I was organizing the pets in my wardrobe, so when I logged back on, multiple of my pets were missing and others duplicated themselves. And when I sent in a report the response I got pretty much said that they didn’t see anything wrong and that the missing pets seemed to be equipped on a horse 🫠. I went through all 125 of my horses and never found them. Recently they “patched it” and “gave back” the missing pets except the ones I was given back weren’t the ones I was missing and now I have even more duplicates 😅 which I have in there own page and have not been touched since I put them there.
    Also I just wanted to say that I love your videos! And to keep up the good work because your work/videos are amazing!

    Here’s another one, so my sso wouldn’t work, it would crash. They told me I need a new device. I couldn’t afford one, I ended up getting a new one a while later. STILL CRASHED 😭 a week later it worked again, istg

    Once I reported that the lowest graphics wasn't all smudged out anymore and sso asked to see what graphic card I had and said it was my graphic cards fault (Could've been possible ofc, but in this case it wasn't.) I tried on PC's that had a good enough graphic card for sso's requirements and guess, still same problem. They just blamed the problem on my laptop without even LOOKING AT the problem. I think this was around 2022-2023?

    I had situation where i didn't log in into my account for 9 years, and I had ss of all my items back then when I logged in everything from old sso was gone I wrote to them what happen. they blamed me i sold it even though i wasn't on my account for 9 YEARS!!!. and nobody knew my email or password. quite strange. So pretty much all calendar from 2014 clothing to redeem codes clothing was gone. and they can't give them back it was perma gone. That's very helpful how about they give me date when was it sold??. or anything??

    one time I was doing some kind of fishing quest that required buying a fishing rod or something but the fishing rod wasn't available to buy at all? Anywhere? I email SSO and they tell me to complete the quest i need to buy the fishing rod.. Really?
    I quit and logged in like 2 years later and magically I had that fishing rod, thanks SSO.

      I have fishing rod issues too sometimes it vanishes and comes back, sso really has a disconnect I swear.

    created my account in 2013 (I was like 10-11) and I obviously used one of my parents' email because I didn't have my own email because I was a fetus. Anyways... time passes and it's present day (2023). The email I used to register my account had been inactive for like a couple of years by now and me being me I paniced cause I don't wanna lose over 10 years of progress in the game. So I contacted the SSO ''support''
    I of course explained that I wanna change my email because the current one is not active anymore and I really don't wanna lose my account over this so how do I do it? Well SSO gave me some security questions as you do. I got some of them correct like... my starter horse's name, the year I created the account... but I don't remember which question it was that I didn't get right. But the point is I got one question wrong. And they responded with:
    ''Hi! Unfortunately the provided information is incorrect. We would like to remind you that sharing you password or email with other players is against our rules and therefor you have been banned.''
    So basically they banned me INSTANTLY for getting one security question wrong... one.... They didn't even bother to like a s k me? Cause who in the seven shades of shit remembers stuff from 10 years back? Especially when you're still a fetus and have the memory of a goldfish. And on top of that... what if some random ass player would've done that? Like pretended to be me to change the email and password to get my acc? They would've just banned my account because they thought it was me ''sharing my information'' and I would've not known why I was banned. (Unless I contacted them myself)
    moving on...
    I of course contacted them back right away saying that this is just a misunderstanding and asked if there's any other way that I could prove that I actually own this account. And then after a week they asked me to send a receipt of my most recent starcoins purchase and then they believed me... So thanks SSO for giving me a heart attack.

      Omfg i'm SO scared of this happening since my gmail is also on the verge of death and idk what to do, i don't think i'll even remember the year i started playing so yeah i'm cooked :,) Glad it worked in the end for you (even though sso was hella quesionable) but i'm pretty sure i can't pull that off

      i have the same issue, my email "died" and i don't remember the day i created the account. they don't want to change the email. the funniest part is that they said that i need to send them a receipt of buying lifetime from 2015 (bro???????) i told them that i used paysafecard to buy it as i didn't have anything else. sso told me that i have to contact paysafe so they'll get me the receipt or order conformation so i did and paysafe wants me to go to the store and ask them to get me that receipt from 2015 so psc can give me the order conformation which i have to send to sso. the store in which i bought the psc doesn't exist anymore and i don't think that they'd still have the receipt saved somewhere it's been like 9 years since i bought it.
      i was able to change the email on my other account by just giving them the details of my account (char&starter name and "my birthday" which i had a problem with but i told them before that i'm not sure what i put in because i was scared that i'd get some parental control as i was a kid back then but they luckily gave me a hint probably because i listed them all of the dates&years which i may had put in back then. they didn't ask for any order proof just wanted these 3 infos) i don't remember what i put on the other account tho. i got so lucky with the second account but it's so sad that i can't get the first email changed since i have some of the deleted horses & rare items on there and the second account is from 2020? made it when i realised that i couldn't get the first email changed.
      my account wasn't banned for trying and it never should've been. there could be so many people trying to change you email and you'd have nothing to do with that so why would they punish you? that's just dumb.
      maurikas, you could try to contact them i wasn't required to say when i started playing/when i made the account but if you still have access to that email maybe try making the ticket using that email & make a screenshot of you being logged into that email. tell them very clear that you don't remember when you made the account but you can still "guess" and give them your estimated year/s. try to provide as much information as you can. maybe you remember when you bought some of your older horses? idk if this would matter but it would still be a tiny proof of you using the account for a long time and not being a random person trying to get access to the account. if you have some order conformations from that account in your bank or whatever screenshot and send it to them. try to give them as much proof as you can and if you're unsure about something - tell them before. if they ask you for something that you stated you are unsure about tell them that you already said you are unsure, and give them some examples that you think could be right, not one so maybe you'll get a hint like i did.
      the things i had to give them to get my email changed were: character&starter horse name and my date of birth which i put in while making the account.
      remember that you don't have to do this if you're afraid. i wouldn't be even trying if i knew that somebody got banned for getting some info wrong.
      it's so dumb that there's no way to change your email on the site without contacting them (i mean like in a way that you'd get a conformation email sent to your old one to change it) if you still have access to the old one. banning people for trying to change their emails? really? what is wrong with them? that's the worst "security thing" i've even heard of. i mean i am happy that it isn't so easy but the ban? it could be anyone that knows my whole email (which i could've given them to send me smth) and my character name. same with the birthday thing. my friends know some of my emails since we used to send emails for fun, they know my birthday and character name? starter horse name? that's visible to anyone on sso.
      something i can say from my experience is: don't use paysafecard for your lifetime starrider/big pucharses or keep the card. if you are unsure about anything state it immediately while talking to support and always remind them that you said you aren't sure. and don't give them only one option while guessing so they might give you a hint.

      @@kazootoraa Yeah what the fuck, who the hell would have saved receipts from that long ago. Also if they know the receipt would be this important they could say it when buying the lifetime, that it may be needed so save it just in case. So ppl could actually know to do that. But no, they're gonna blame the players for being stupid and not knowing.
      I did send them a message about changing the email already a few days ago. Haven't heard nothing, but idk how long it takes them to read and answer to it. I basically told them i used my school email for that account and since i don't go to that scool anymore the email is getting removed. I told them my sso name, the year i THINK i started playing, the server i used to play in when i started and my latest purchase and the card i used fo it. I REALLY hope that's enough.

    So, for a while there has been a cheater on the EE by the name Larry, and overall they dont do anything to mess with the game scores, but they are horribly spoken and say bunch of stuff they should NOT be saying, and me and my friends reported him over 5 times and every time they rpelied to us by redirecting us to the support page of what to do in situations we find a cheater.... LIK HELLO????? I AM DOING WHAT THE PAGE IS TELLING ME TO DOOOOO !!!

    I kind of want to delete star stable because it is just a money game, and you can’t get anywhere without money, but I have already spent so much on it. I don’t want to let all my money go to waste.

      I mean, as long as you have star rider you can play freely without spending any money on this game. And as you said you have spent a lot of money on it, why not just buy a lifetime and than not bother with giving the company any more money?

      And idk how the price is in your currency since i know they can be crazy, but at least in mine the price of lifetime is equal to other games wich you have to buy, for example, on steam

      If you have the means I do recommend buying the Pay Once option with the weekly allowance if you haven't already. But only if the game really makes you happy, I use it to relax and unwind myself when not getting on to make videos.
      As for feeling like you might waste your money if you uninstall it, a lot of people feel the same about it, was it really a waste though if when you put money in you enjoyed it? Or did you put money in and not get any enjoyment out of it?
