I don't understand the Congress party. Their idea that democracy is dying in India fluctuates like stock market. Prior to Karnataka state elections, Mr. Gandhi was pleading Western governments to save Indian democracy, following it he began claiming he will dislodge the Modi govt. In the run up to these elections, the Congress party and its acolytes have been telling anyone who may listen that democracy is at its death bed, whilst after two rounds of elections Ms. Shrinate claims that Modi government won't come back. Overall, it seems that Indian democracy is truly alive that even a weak opposition fancies its chances!
