I've altered the soup recipe with the ingredients I had at home: sweet potato, hokkaido squash instead of potatoes and added curcuma; chili flakes and curry. Adding lemon makes this taste so good. Eating right now and it's so wholesome. Love all of your recipes

Hey Annie ! Just a little tip that my hairdresser gave me the other day : make sure to "dry" your hair with a towel (your hair must be damp, but not dripping wet) before applying conditioner/mask so that it can really penetrate your hair 💕 lots of Love xoxo

Awesome video! Just one tip with the deadlift u should try going all the way down on your method not halfway. But if you want to target your glutes more than anything then do a sumo squat with a wider stance and ur feet pointed outwards !

Going to bed early and having enough time in the morning to have a relaxed start helps me a lot. I have relaxing music as alarm, so instead of turning off the alarm, I let it play, after 10 min I have a proper alarm sound (just in case the music made be go back to sleep, but usually doesn't), I have only few cozy lights that I switch on, and I do some stratching as soon as I stand up, put on a cozy jumper and prep the breakfast. I try to have enough time to have a relaxed 15 minutes breakfast, while I read or listen to music. For me a crazy alarm and very bright lights are "shocking" in the morning, so I hate to wake up like this, and I hate rushing. So if you want to wake up at 6 put your alarm at 5:45 the tip is waking up earlier that you would, having that extra time will make you love the early start. I hope it helps and sorry for any mistake, english is not my language.
