Hi Mergim. Good morning. On train to work so your video is my morning tune in. All the best.
You may try singing chef and waiters restaurants aside from delicious food they have entertainment numbers for the guests.
And you may try also the different restaurants in kapitolyo Pasig.
That drill at night reminds me of the other night here in NY city. Couldn’t sleep they were drilling till 3 am.
I might be going to TOYO next week. Im here in Bohol now ang going back to Manila tomorrow. I saw your Bohol blog and thats why i ma here. Thanks agsin
Rubeauti has also a youtube channel with 76k subs. she shows the philippines more from a filipina perspective. A colab would be so awesome. I instantly recognized her because i watch her videos as well 😅
She speaks English well❤
Mergim collab with Rebueti didn't knew it would be so wholesome
I like that you make new friends there! Have a great weekend!
Good to see you Mergin interact filipino streamer or vlogger ❤uguys...Stay safe and God bless
Even though I can afford Manam, I prefer Mang Inasal 😛 I like the pecho chicken, empanada, gulaman drink n halo halo. It’s so good and cheap! I do wish they have some veggies though.
In my opinion the top Filipino restaurants are Manam, Locavore, Aristocrat Restaurant, Romulo Cafe, Guevarra’s by Chef Laudico and Café Ysabel. 💯❤👌
Awesome 👏
You'll hate me for this because I just discovered this restaurant named Esmeraldas. Its at Mayon st. And its extremely far from BGC. Food is very rich and flavourfull. Theres another one at SM north edsa called Tres located at the annex. Both have just one branch, Bench cafe is ok as well. I think they have one at Greenbelt in Makati.
Well said ✅
Trinoma used to have Bench Cafe. Too bad it closed and now replaced by Mesa.
You should try Cafe Juanita in Kapitolyo, Pasig. Food is great and the place is Instagramable. The good thing about is is that it only has one branch which means it is not commercialized. You should try and do a vlog about it.
Funny how Mergim was saying vlogging in BGC was getting old a few weeks ago, then he starts vlogging in BGC everyday and his subs are going up 1000 per day, the fastest rate ever and he is getting 300k views a vlog now. His second character in his vlogs (BGC) is very popular.
Try Emilia near Malacanang. You can include the palace tour (I think you need an appointment for this?) in your content.
TOYO is without a doubt the top best restaurant in the Philippines
you should try fely j’s in greenbelt
Hi Sir
LOL you bumped into Rubeati. What a coincident. I'm also subscribed to her UA-cam channel.
Yeah, one of my Filipina friends needed her iPhone repaired so I sent her the link to your video on 'Can it be fixed in the Philippines' to track down the same repair place Mergim went to,
Try Sunae Asian Cantina
Filipino & other Southeast Asian food😋
Barrio FIESTA they exports some of their foods even here in Australia
There are lots of Pilipino Restaurants Catering Pilipino Cuisines, here's my go to list just within Metro Manila: Gerry's Grill, Manam, Aristocrat, Kamayan, Barrio Fiesta, Dampa, The Singing Cooks & Waiters,Toyo, Locavore and Lampara just to name a few.
Craving for Filipino food?
Cabalen buffet restaurant serves the finest and delicious array of Filipino food at affordable price. Located at major Malls in the Metro.
Try Gerry's Grill they have many branches. Try also Mesa, Greenbelt 5.
Goodmorning Mergim 😊
My Opinion:
Traditional Filipino/Fusion Dishes: Max's Fried Chicken, Classic Savory, Aristocrat Restaurant, and Barrio Fiesta.
Modern Filipino/Fusion Dishes: Manam, Locavore, and Mesa Filipino Moderne.
Gerry's Grill never disappoints. Also Kuya J's crispy pata.
Too salty
I would recommend La Fiesta (Filipino Buffet) or Mang Inasal with unlimited rice or if you want something more fast foodish, then Jollibee of course.
Yes Barrio fiesta with sing cook and waiters along Roxas blvd..
OMG Mergim bunts into Rubeauti another Blogger I watch on UA-cam
Kamayan, Aristocrat (this is iconic) been there for many years, a classic but in the main branch in Manila, and MOA now, but Gerry's Grill is the one i go to when balikbayans or relatives comes from abroad coz its every where, Max's as well, should have a branch there in BGC, yes Tagaytay is the Best for Bulalo ure right, and shes prolly not joking when she said u go in her house for her grandpas bulalo, ive seen 2 ytubers she invited in her house and its very near BGC. But bro u should go to Molito Alabang or Filinvest Festival Mall and Alabang Town Center, westgate or BF Homes (these are the places in the south that can outnumber the restaurants in BGC). Kamayan in Megamall/MOA and ATC too and yes Dampa is the place to be, seaside in Macapagal Blvd near MOA, also back side of MOA by the Bay or Dampa in Paranaque, u buy fresh food in the market besides it then ask the cooks to cook whatever fave filipino dish u want or have them suggest to u like Sweet and Chili Crabs, Baked Cheese Tahong, Sinigang sa Miso, Sinigang sa Bayabas, Buttered Shrimps, Filipino seafood are super fresh and good too, grilled tuna etc, sizzling etc. But our kinda hidden super good resto is in Bero's Better Living Paranaque, i think u can also have it delivered via Lalamove, the best sinuglaw, grilled seafood, that sauce for theur fried chicken, everything there is super delicious its our fave.
Aristocrat 😍 Love that restaurant!
Max's restaurant for me. I love the halo halo and kare kare.
home cooking is the best when it comes to filipino food, no joke
Good Filipino Restos in your area are: Milky Way Cafe, Abe's, Fely J's, Lorenzo's Way. Then there's also Toyo, Conti's, Mesa, Romulo's, even Gerry's is good!
In QC there's Palm Grille, there's Tablo, Frazzled Cook, etc.
Manam!❤🎉
Welcome 👍👍👍
I've tried Manam,Barrio Fiesta Kamayan,Dampa ,Aristocrat at etc.just explore any cities in Metro Manila.
try bacolod style bulalo store name is KANSI in makati.
JTs manukan near S&R, yummy Filipino food reasonable price
Freshest and best quality sushi is Genki Sushi SM Aura. Cheers!
she looks like zowie :) get in touch with chef jp owner of sarsa. he is also a vlogger. do a collab or food review
Sarsa is good. Pricey lang.
Try Mesa restaurant mergim
I watched you on U tube since last year and in here in Manila at BGC. Im looking actually a condo for rent and just saw your 7 condo preview a few days ago. Would you share with me your real estate broker/specialist in the area. Thanks.
Max Rest. beside McDonalds @ 26 St BGC
Mergim -- I would assume that restaurants would come to the chairman, not visa versa.
❤❤❤❤❤
my favorite pilipino restaurant is jollibee and mang inasal
the best restaurants are still the home cooked style places specially in the Provinces
Fried chicken of Max's is great
Try Abe it;s on High Street
Manam, Cafe Juanita
Why do I feel like ive seen your friend on Happiness crossing Chanell? And that twitch girl on Legion of men Chanell lol
0:37 That's Rubeauti😍
A comment
Try TOYO restaurant
Buddy’s in Makati
3:22 bombastic side eye. 👀😒😒 Haha 😂😂
Pongchow in caloocan
❤❤❤❤❤😊👍
Max's Restaurant is the best for me, that's all folks!!!😅
She's awesome has good videos to has 70 80k subs on UA-cam
Try TOYO
That dog wants to be a UA-camr too. 🙂
this young woman and fellow vlogger Rubeauti is special. she has worked harder than you and i ever had for our family. just saying.
Now that your subs named and recommended the places you should go and try for your self. You asked for it.
Gerry's Grill🎉
Girl's grammar is impressive.
Sarsa by Chef JP Anglo
Mergim they are working in the evening because in the morning, the traffic begins!there's nothing wrong with it😮maybe in your country it's absurb.but not here😊
Hey chairman
manam sinigang!
I still can't take this guy seriously wearing dark glasses at night..😎
Yes, I also don't see the logic of that.
Manam bro
Mesa filipino restaurant is good.
That vlogger is Rubeauti
Barrio Fiesta executes everything by the book if you want Filipino food. Their Crispy Pata is the best seller.
No "twists" like Manam or Locavore's food 😂
Don't listen to that girl who said Max's is not good! The nerve! Haha. Of course im triggered, she didnt even suggest anything else other than Manam.
Duh.
If you ever will eat at Max's go to their original location in Scout Tuazon in Quezon City.
Kanin Club
Go to Tondo
I'm surprised you don't know who RuBeauti is!
For me Barrio Fiesta is the best authentic filipino restaurant, other famous filipino restaurants made twists and fusion to filipino cuisine so it is not as “authentic” anymore.
I love Mangan restaurant found in mOA.
There is so much delicious restaurant in the Philippines too much to mention and max is good too I don’t know what that skinny girl saying
BARRIO FIESTA is the best better than Max
Mergim, hope you will stay for life in the Philippines. Just watch Becoming Filipino vlog he is a Canadian citizen and now converted his citizenship to a Filipino. Just try to build a house in the province which is near in the city and beaches so that you can make more activities and content.
Ha ha your a die hard fan of mergin ah ❤
@@ahvicremulla544 not so, how about you?
He is in PH just for views and $$$ he came here from Thailand as a youtuber unlike Kulas who genuinely loves PH he came here because he fell inlove to the PH culture then he started vlogging later on.
@@ahvicremulla544 , How can you sure that I'm a die hard fan of Mergim. I think lagi mo ako sinusundan noh? he he... Marites ka noh he he...
@@mjcruz6985There's nothing wrong with what he’s doing. He is boots on the ground. He lives most of his time in the Phils and showcases the beauty of our culture and country. If you’re critical of Pinoy baiting, direct your attention to those channels that do reaction videos in their basements overseas.
It got views cause people were largely looking forward to whatever you needed to get fixed, NOT being able to get fixed, which would have led to a ragging on PH and Filipinos campaign, you would be amazed how that could have turned into a "filipinos have a low IQ" video comment section. As long as your content stays neutral, such trolling commenters like that wont show their faces in the comment section, but the moment such a title like a:
"filipino street food review"
or "high electric bill" or something to where it is a gateway to some kind of negative bashing of the country, or the people, yeah you are sure to get much higher views on those kinds of videos, negativity, or POTENTIAL negativity sells alot concerning that country.
I couldn't agree more! ❤
Abe in Serendra
Reyes Barbecue
Locavore is overpriced
The best restaurant in manila is your neighbor's kitchen
Oh, I thought you tried some restaurants. Now it feels more like a click bait😂
I hope you try some restaurants in future videos
Rubeauti is bigger on UA-cam than Twitch Mergim.
Any CARENDERIA in the Philippines is the best AUTHENTIC FILIPINO restaurant food. I still dont get why filipinos go to a commercialized filipino restaurant to eat filipino food. It dosent make sense at all. Its like the equivalent of getting a fish and chips at a posh restaurant or wetherspoons the least lol rather than going to a classic chippy. (This is coming from my british half so you should get this mergim).
There’s literally no point paying way more at a commercial filipino resto that sells worse food than a carenderia thats way cheaper, better and the best place to eat proper AUTHENTIC filipino food.
It still bothers me to this day that i see people going to commercial filipino restos, i just dont get a reason just why… might as well get commercilized taho that tastes nothing like a proper taho.
