So glad they went with harder foam! Softer foam isn't as durable over all, so harder foam darts will last longer and do much better in magazines with stronger springs. So hyped for these darts! I just hope they won't be too long.
Thank you - again. Seems like the hobby is getting closer and closer to the optimum dart. I got some Worker heavies from your last review of them and now I will be getting Sabre T dart heavy, and probably sticking with them. I assume the barrel fit was acceptable as you didn't mention it, In fact it seems dart diameter seems to be standardised now, unlike a few years ago.
nobody ever mentions that despite AFP darts from walmart not being the best overall theyre indestructible in comparison to most other darts ive tried. Workers always decap from foam ripping or glue breaking loose and the AFP will never lose their heads. i just ordered 2 boxes of the T dart heavies though.
Hey Bradley , have you heard about Rumbling darts ? They're new darts from China which also weights 1.3g each and they're 36.5mm long , 0.5mm longer than worker darts . If you ever manage to get those darts , I'd like to see how they perform compare to sabre heavies and worker heavies too !! (you can get em from monkee mods)
These darts look pretty good, I’ll be interested in getting a box. I’ve bought boxes of the worker darts and I never seem to get the performance you get with them. Must have something to do with where I live because other brands seem to work better so I’m hoping these darts work really well, They look amazing.
I wish apex would make replacement rails.. I was primed my apex and decided not to shoot it and while holding the handle to slowly de prime my gun i hurd the little ball bearings come out not all of them but it's noticeable that a decent amount came out.. I did put some lube on the rail to help but unfortunately apex doesn't sell new ones.
I would love for you to test these darts with a lower fps blaster, because I'm not sure a 150-200fps blaster has enough power to push the heavier 1.3g darts.
safty orange and pink should stand out in most places. thinking grass, concrete and asphalt, most indoor flooring is going to be concrete or a neutral color.
I know you dont like flywheel blasters but I'd like to hope that the harder foam would also be better for flywheel blasters. More consistent contact on the flywheels for more consistent performance.
Intesting review. Seems like the Worker darts has been dethroned. Two things that comes to my mind though: 1. Will the final release darts have the same/better/worse performace as your pre-realese batch 2. If there is one thing that I have learned from watching your channel it is that there is no perfect thing for all the blaster setups. Different power, barrel lenghts and even angles on BCARs may affect the performance. You had a heavy hitting Sabre blaster with Saber BCAR and heavy darts so it would be logicall to assume great performance (didn't have to be this way though). What I'm saying is do you think that you could test these darts some more with other blasters ? I'm really curios if they will still have such an oustanding performance.
Oooh those 1.3g ones are my next buy as soon as released! Also I recently encountered something odd, while plinking with my ultima (30kg spring) I got higher fps with worker HE 1g non-bamboo then with the 1g bamboo, made me think if higher performance (400+) were doing better with non-bamboo, maybe less compression of the foam in the barrel since no groove? Haven't done more experiments but the results were consistent on multiple days testing
@@mhebert350 the main benefit of bambooing is to adjust the diameter of the foam to a consistent size. It's possible your undersized standard Worker dart batch performs better than bamboos.
@@another3997The game is about getting tags not doing damage. I've yet to see proof that a hard head makes them fly further / faster / more predictable / more stable.
The glue alone makes these a great buy. I like Worker's darts for their price, but I feel like I shoot them once or twice and they come unglued. As a side note I'd love to see bamboo versions of these darts. I think a fluorescent pink would be an amazing color choice. I feel like they'd always be easy to find unless you're playing on top of a bubblegum floor 😂.
@@NepDouble07 I don't think they plan to make bamboos of these at this stage. The diameter is consistent enough already that they don't need to be corrected by heat treatment.
Sucks, I just heard from a few people who used them recently at Arma that they are complete shit. Like nothing like Bradley describes in this video. They de-head consistently, have basically no glue, the foam sucks, and they fly all over the place out of an apex at the event. They said the ones they used were the production run, so either Bradley got a different (excellent) batch, or they changed the build completely at they suck now

Hot pink darts with neon green tips would be awesome.
Ive been waiting for this video ever since the first announcement
The Rip and Tear dart music for dart head pulling was Epic and Hilarious.

Is the added accuracy due to the extra length of the dart? Nice video - shout out from Adelaide!

Thanks for always giving us were to buy them in the USA ❤

real excited for these darts, very accurate. will be getting some of them asap
great vid, next question is the sabre Bcar still best, what abt the gavin fuzzy metal bcar or the flag and armor new 3x5 etc
Awesome review (as always) luckily im just getting into nerf so I havent stocked up on a "favorite dart" yet, i guess these will be next on the list.

Climate/ Humidity affect performance. Higher humidity drops fps by a little bit.
Should also test this out with the Storm to see if the longer darts might cause any feeding issue with the Higher ROF of the storm
I think it will cause even with shorter length darts at high rof, there might be feeding issues
Will try these in the future
Orange, yellow or lime and possible white although they’d get duty easily
Anything but red would be great as a dart colour. Yellow is not bad, but I think white darts would be best
