Every day, law enforcement all across the country see the worst society has to offer. Although I’m aware that’s what they signed up for, I still find myself feeling sorry for what they see day in, day out. It has to wear on them, change them. Maybe law enforcement officers should be made to retire from active duty like after 10-15 years, or maybe not retire but moved inside the force, just not actively policing… for their own well being and the well being of their families.
she gave THE KILLER one of the most evilest, most devilsh, nastiest looks I’ve ever seen a detective give a DEFENDANT she put her entire heart & soul into this case

He killed her july 26th 2022 and had the audacity to stalked and harassed another woman who had no type of relationship with beside knowing him from childhood. What a freaking pure lunatic. She was so beautiful and so young. My daughter is 16 this is so scary. She deserved so much better than this. He dumped her body in the woods like she was nothing. What a monster
He dropped it in the dark, and the only light he had was on the weapon, because he did not plan on this happening it was an attack of opportunity. So he could not find it or his phone and decided it was better to leave and report it stolen than stay and let people see his truck parked there on the scene.

Life w/o parole is a good verdict, 16 is too young he’s a monster
As a police officer you would think that he would have been a little bit better at hiding evidence. He was extremely sloppy at all this. Why would he even use his own gun? Just stupidity!
Empathetic personality is going to help her in her career. It will also make it more devastating for her as well. ❤😢
😢Good truth out Horrible happened😢
Every day, law enforcement all across the country see the worst society has to offer. Although I’m aware that’s what they signed up for, I still find myself feeling sorry for what they see day in, day out. It has to wear on them, change them. Maybe law enforcement officers should be made to retire from active duty like after 10-15 years, or maybe not retire but moved inside the force, just not actively policing… for their own well being and the well being of their families.
some of those cops are the worst of society
she gave THE KILLER one of the most evilest, most devilsh, nastiest looks I’ve ever seen a detective give a DEFENDANT
she put her entire heart & soul into this case
I remember her
I think this case was on the First 48.
Omg i remember watching this case on the 1st 48
APPLICANT:
“…Hi, yes.. I’d like to apply to be a Police Officer… can you please tell me some of the requirements to apply…”
ALL U.S. POLICE DEPARTMENTS:
“…Yes… sure… there are none… You don’t even need a Driver’s License… We once required a library card membership… but… no one reads actual books anymore… so we dropped that ONE requirement… When can you start?..” 🤔
We have a SERIOUS problem in America with our “accountability” in Law Enforcement 😒
😢😢 the young girl resembles the detective... 😢
Dayuuuuuuuum!! She fine!
does anyone know what episode this first 48 episode was on ??
S24 e5
@@LadyGodiva0611thank you. I couldn’t remember which it was.
Do we know why he would’ve killed her? I’m new to this case.
Psychopath=for his enjoyment/SA etc
Damn she’s pretty
Why would he leave his gun there 😂dummie
You feel better now you sick smoke.😮
He felt that since he reported the gun stolen they would blame the thief of the gun
He dropped it in the dark, and the only light he had was on the weapon, because he did not plan on this happening it was an attack of opportunity. So he could not find it or his phone and decided it was better to leave and report it stolen than stay and let people see his truck parked there on the scene.
@@RichardHeadGamingyep, because if you have ever dropped something in pitch darkness that's black, you could be standing right by it and never see it!!!!! He was like a blind man out there after he dropped his light!!! So he was in a rush to throw the body quickly and get outta there fast!!! Dropping his shyt....
This case will be appealed easy. Due to all the detectives crying and persuading the jury
Appeal will be denied! Evidence is overwhelming! People are human and can cry. The crying is about a teen girl who was found murdered and not about him being guilty, although he is!
Compassion , Empathy, and Seeking the truth no matter where it may lead you. Very sad case.💔🙏
5:00 - you're welcome 😢
FJB FOB
This cop is a hottie!
Chelsea Handler is a judge?
I remember her from the First 48 Episode about this case. She always acts like this if you watch the show
Interesting. Makes me wonder how long she’s been a Detective, Joe long she’s been hands on LE and what her experiences and Training were before advancing to Detective.
@@susanbengston3208experience and duration of being a detective doesn't affect whether they get emotional or not... a Det can have worked 500 cases but the 501st might make them extremely emotional... it all depends on the circumstances....
ITS 48 HRS THE FIRST 48 IS A TOTALY DIF SHOW.
@@stevenphilip719 thank you for you letting me know what I WATCHED ! Check it out on the FIRST 48 Season 24 Episode 5 Little Girl Lost !
💔😓
5:00 :(
Would there be as many comments from females about a male detective's looks, kinda creepy
I believe she knew it was him very early into the interview, by the way she was agreeing with him ,but you could sense the sarcasm in those agreements.
Audio is really bad.
On another note im so sorry 😢
🥺 💔❤️🩹💔 🥺

She is cute

Wow. On a video where a police detective is discussing finding the body of a 16 yo girl, and that’s your only comment. Just wow.
@@elsabean6791: Disgusting, some people are so superficial.
@@susanbengston3208 Most.
Poor woman. She could also use a hair clip.
And why could she use a clip?
I also touch my hair if I am stressed/upset/emotional. So no hairclip would work for me. This poor women is trying to get through this interview with the accused sitting in the same room
😢😢😢😢
Human nature is interesting. All these comments praising this detective for her “beauty, compassion, etc.” I guarantee you if she was a large overweight homely woman, the comments would be different.
Absolutely wrong, what people expect from from someone who has chosen to protect and serve, is exactly what this detective has, compassion and empathy.
Looks count for nothing if you're a shitty person.
I think they would still be commenting on her emotions and compassion .. those have nothing to do with what someone looks like ... and fyi - overweight women are beautiful too!!
So what?
Human nature is strong. Most pretty girls struggle to be taken seriously in a “mans” world. She’s good at what she does and not hard to look at. The way of the world.
Investigatory?
Big words for some people.
@@JudgeDredd_ investigative will do
Goddamn she is pretty when she cries
