Such a simple presentation of The Word of God and yet so profound. I have been blessed with this ministry since 2020 and it never disappoint. Pastor Paul is such a wonderful teacher, makes his teaching practical and relatable. May God bless continue to bless you with his revelations and give you long life 🙏🏽
I've learnt so much from your videos Pastor. I have a request, please don't ever delete any of these videos both old and new. I want to come back everytime and watch and learn again. 😊
I came to Jesus a year ago. I follow you and share with my friends in weekly Bible study. We’re finishing up John now. Thank you. GOD BLESS. From America.
Mary loved Jesus very much, she just wanted to be with Him especially after all that had just happened, she wouldn’t have let go of Him. So Jesus had to politely tell her why she had to let go - there was more to be done and He couldn’t stay on earth much longer, that He had to ascend and be with the Father. I believe she wanted a longer reunion and for Him to stay. I like how He gave her something to do (deliver a message) so she wouldn’t feel sad about having to let go of Him. Loving this study, it has blessed me so much. Thank you for sharing these videos, so grateful 😊
Although still a mystery, I love your interpretation of the “touch/clinging”. It’s the kindness and sweetness of Jesus because He KNEW her and therefore knew how much she loved Him.
Thank you Pastor Paul, I have loved the Book of John, its so full on. From Jesus's journey gathering His disciples to healing the sick. Jesus deity , His crucifixion, blessing with the Holy Spirit. And I can go on and on. Thank you so much for your powerful teachings. Blessings to you Pastor Paul and your loved one's.
WOW....That has knocked my socks off.. John 14:15-21 I've never seen that before nor had any idea that Jesus was so direct about the Holy Spirit... and he can be believed ❤😂...just so wonderful
I read that it was Jewish custom that when a master was eating at his table if he threw down his napkin it was a sign to his servant that he was finished his meal but if he folded it it was a sign to the servant that he wasn't finished his meal if he left the table and would be back for it. Thank you, Pastor Paul. God bless.
The whole event is a picture of the jewish wedding custom. It was not time for Maria (representing the rest of us, the bride) to join the groom yet. The groom has to first go to his fathers house (property) and prepare the home for himself and his bride. Then he will come back and get his bride, who will have to wait, not knowing when he will return.
Since the text doesn’t say why Jesus did not want her clinging to him then we don’t add our own opinion. Just take it as He said we don’t need any explanation beyond what He said
Is anyone able to answer my question: were none of the disciples regnerate/saved before this moment when Jesus breathed on them? I have always thought that at least SOME of them (if not all besides Judas) were saved during the 3 years they followed Jesus
It is VERY common when people are retelling an event for them to focus on the characters they feel made the biggest contribution to the narrative. The fact that John only mentions Mary does NOT negate or contradict Mark's telling of the same event which mentions more women.

Interesting.
any scriptures that back up this! It is really interesting !!! But one wonders why for Thomas has been allowed
I think just we can not completely be perfect untill when we put on incoruptable bodies
"Stop clinging to me. For I have not yet ascended to the Father" Perhaps it just meant 'Mary let go, there is still work to be done'.

But pastor, you skipped, explaining The verse 23 in John ch, 20. Why did you skip that one. I need an explanation of that one.
If 2 Mary's and Salome were there (Mk 16:1), why does John's gospel mention only Mary Magdalene?
