  • The end of a bass tournament means all the guys coming in to load up their boats at on time. Watch how they handle a busy boat ramp. Kevin backs a trailer for someone having trouble. #boat #bass #tournament #fishing #clips #loading #bassboat #guys #fast #speedy #caughtoncamera #howto #quick #watch #watchandlearn

When you get loading at the lake down, then go to the river and load with a current.
Two totally different techniques but valuable to know both.
If you can load in current you can load at the lake on a windy day. Just time the white caps if they get that big.
Your trailer person will need to know a thing or two about where that trailer needs to be.
A lot of times just "backin er in there" works, but sometimes it dont and where that trailer is is important.

Nice to see people that know how to back the trailer in and load the boat. 😀

Ill never understand how someone can own a boat but not be able to back a trailer.
But then I grew up on a farm, we were taught not to be useless.

Thats because most of these bass fishermen are going out on the lake at least 3X per week and thats a lot of practice over the years.

At the lake we go to, you try and time when the fisherman put in so not being at the ramp. I will say these guys are very organized and efficient , that group can load 10 boats in the time it takes some people to load one, very entertaining.

Great video but I want to point out that bass boats load a lot different onto a trailer than a deep V fiberglass walleye boat. The deep Vs with the deeper hulls and most having a 2 nd kicker motor always want to slide back down the trailer. If you want your strap eye tight you have to keep power to the main motor until you strap it. Or get a Drotto catch system which I have. 👍👍👍

Nice to see ole Glory flying, Man those bass fishermen need to learn how to get in the water waist deep and pull thier boats onto the trailer by hand.

They learned how to do it so well by watching UA-cam videos. 😂

They must have those special trailers and boats , did anyone have to make a second try load?

Sure is boring... watching how the good boaters load their trailer.

As much as I loathe bass fishermen on the water and around me when I am crappie fishing, I do have to give them credit for actually knowing how to load a boat and the the hell out of the way for the next guy. Every boater should be able to do this. I load a pontoon and it takes less than 3 minutes from the time the trailer hits the water to us being up in the PARKING LOT unloading and securing the pontoon.

Don’t you just love it when boaters get their turn and then start unloading stuff from the car to the boat

You would rather have wake boats coming by at 8 mph throwing those 4 and 5 footers?

I think part of the reason so many people are so criminally incompetent at launching and loading is because the majority of boat ramp videos show people doing everything WRONG.
Even those with titles like "How to launch like a pro", or "Proper boat ramp etiquette" are wrong at least 50% of the time.
And, seeing several bass boats launched properly, in person, apparently doesn't put a dent in the thick skulls of people who've witnessed hundreds of hapless, rude and/or entitled boaters taking 30-40 minutes to do a 2-3 minute job.
