I'm new to your channel, but I'm really enjoying this particular dish. I love that you took the time to make fresh whipped cream. It's so good. One quick tip, you super fine sugar by blending up regular sugar in a food processor for a couple of seconds. Or use confectioners sugar. It really makes a difference in the lift of the whipped cream. And also, use a greater and fresh nutmeg. That will really make these POP.
