NEW TOY!!!💕 It's always good to make messy jobs easier to clean😀👍
Thank you
I have watched some users set a glass jar with degreaser/cleaner and parts inside the water filled unit. This way the parts still get the sonic action, you can use cleaners instead of just water, and you don't have to replace dirty water as often.
OOh I like that idea, thanks
Wow😂❤❤❤❤❤😊
Great demo Marie. I have been thinking about trying one of these tanks. Glad you showed it.
I’d get the larger too. My small one was designed for dentures or something, I'm sure.
The right way to do this is two fold.
1. Soak them in mineral spirits first and scrub them up to remove major grease and gunk. Some CRC Degreaser also works.
2.Use the Ultrasonic as Part 2, but... do not soak them in water. Instead, get a glass jar, fill with diesel gas, put your parts in it, close it up, put into a wire basket, and run the ultrasonic bath. Warm water not hot. Your parts are getting cleaned by diesel not soapy water. This is what they do for car parts. You can also add more transducers at the bottom of your ultrasonic cleaner to get faster cavitation. The cavitation bubbles are the key.
We have a similar unit in our basement mechanics bathroom for parts cleaning but it is manufactured by Creworks. Our son uses it to clean greasy antique auto parts. I don't know if he uses a decreaser.
Had a thought about factory instructions, possibly the rubber grommet/O ring in the tap will perish with cleaning chemicals as I killed a steamer that way.
I use hot water, cheap vinegar and dish soap. (vinegar for rust
What?
Did you pay for it
Truly disappointed in Vevor warranty service. My ultrasonic died at 11mo and it took 4+ weeks for them to send me a replacement motherboard. now I have to hire a friend to install it. Bad communication, they wanted videos to prove it and then didn't watch the videos, followed by more bad communication. The board arrived yesterday. I am truly hopeful that is all that was needed to get it working again. I will not be buying vevor ever again.
That's good to know
