    I hope you make a Playlist of just these exercises, I love wim Hoff but I prefer these kind of quiet no talking exercises. They're like a metronome to practice to

    Ive been doing the jungle 5 rounds with 2 minute holds for quite awhile now. did this for the first time and held for almost 3 minutes on round 6 this one challenges you to go deeper.

    I have used this one twice now, and both times, I have fallen asleep during retention. Must be the rain lol! Never the less it is still excellent!♥️

    I finally completed the 3 min hold!!!! It took a month of commitment to achieve but the benefits have be mind-blowing!!!!! Thank you so much for giving me life ☮️

    I am practicing since a month znd iam able to hold max 1.5 to 2 min sometimes.
    How can I hold more.
    Any tips to hold more would be appreciated.

      Mouth breathing is still an upgrade though. Most will correct and everyone feels good.

      I think it's better to inhale through the nose. Healthier

      I use this breathing technique to almost cure my crippling hayfever. Breathing through the nose isn't really an option when It's blocked but even when my nose is clear I still do this technique through the mouth as you can take in more air which as I understand it is the main objective along with having fun.

    Amazing.... For any one who wants to extend their retentions and the 'going deep' that Wim talks about (I never knew what that meant till now) do this video. Building up to the repetitions helped me overcome doubt of not being able to go beyond 2mins. The last round was tough. Hard to be mindful or visualise anything when your trembling to breathe. Then euphoric reward is worth it and the 10 minutes at end perfect.

      yes....i was a greedy bastard and went straight to it... lasted 2:46... lol. there is a reason why there is a progression. But i´ll get it !
