Thanks Nate, I love these videos! I once microwaved a potato 🥔 for 40 min thinking I set the time for 4 minutes. I was young (and intoxicated), I fell asleep, when I woke up the next morning, the top of the microwave was melted down to the potato! It looked amazing, I should have tried to sell the microwave on Ebay as fine art! I'm lucky that's all that happened...FishOn...jimi

I really like curlytails and my experience is that size matters more than color, so it is great they have a lot of sizes. After I get the size right then I experiment with different colors that day. I usually start with something light like White or pearl. Then if it is dark sky or dark water, I'll try a darker color to see it that gets more bites.

How about a big leech. I've seen them in Wyoming ponds and shrimp lakes pushing 6". They're very slow but with an exaggerated serpentine action. Trout you could put a saddle on love the damn things. I've had some luck with cutting a leech shape out of a black/brown trash bag and then scoring that with a needle for the segmentation. Problem with that is to get the right action you have to fish it too close. At distance it's hard to do twitches to get the right action.
