I tried many many times. Sometimes it comes perfect and sometimes it doesn't form and is left powdery even after hard ball consistency. How to solve this? What wrong am I doing that it's not forming.
It's not about ghee, you overcooked the syrup I guess. But no problem, don't worry because the chikki will be slightly hard like the ones we find outside in the stores. That's great too. ❤😇

Can be only stored for 4 to 5 days? 😮
You can store for upto 10 days
why would they stay fresh only for 4-5 days? The ones sold outside are for 6 months, how can we keep them for few weeks
