I am saying this not to making a criticism, but with the hope of raising awareness, as I have been working with foam for a long time now. Please remember to always wear a mask, even if you work with it outdoors. If you work with it indoors instead, work in a space that has an extractor fan and is well ventilated. Hopefully, this is a helpful comment for anyone that wishes to do a DIY project with foam at home. so i have a question: am i the only thinking that pu foam ist actually bad for your health? like it can cause rashes, irritate your lungs, you can get trouble breathing etc. i mean don’t get me wrong i’m loving this idea and wanna do it myself but i just don’t know if it’s true that these foams are bad for your health or not 🤔especially because a mirror or sidetable usually stands in a room where you’re spending a lot of time.. and normally this kind of foam is used inside of walls and what not so it wouldn’t be much of a problem so yeah as you can see i’m unsure 😂

I don’t think the color of the foam matters. In the videos that I’ve seen, the people paint the foam the color they want with regular acrylic or house paint
Why are people getting so mad. This was 4 months ago wearing a mask was not mandatory. And she literally said she didn’t want to go out so much leave her alone.
Wearing a mask may not have been mandatory, but it was still necessary. And even if she didn't want to go out that many times, she still did. She didn't need to do these projects.
For all the guys moaning about masks, I’m an electrician by trade and you do NOT need a mask for expanding foam, you just need to watch out for your clothes because you’ll never get it entirely off
