- I did this mostly with Heirlooms and just vendor Mastery food.
Talents changed a bit since then, but take Galactic Guardian, Moonfire boosting talents and Moonkin form for increasing attack range, you'll be fine.

1) Focus Interrupt Macro
(Don't forget to focus Variss at the start, then use 2 to easy switch to Kruul)

(Spam this to kill Eyes first then Variss, then your target)

Tips and Tricks:
Try to leave as much light circles on the ground as you can for Kruul phase, but don't hesitate to use those if you mess up. They will heal everyone and stun all mobs and bosses.
Don't panic when you get knocked back, save the charge for surviving that, you'll get used to it.
Always keep moving and don't tunnel vision, look at the ground for Infernal kicks, move to side not forward and back.
When Kruul lands pop your cooldown and hit as much as you can, the first 20-30 seconds is more free then ground lines come
Try to stay close to light circles at Kruul phase
Don't ignore little ads whe Kruul comes, keep interrupting them with shout or Velen dies
Don't miss Annihilate interrupts, always watch when Kruul is casting, that's the most important thing
Use your defensives in turns, one by one, don't waste them in panic
Keep spamming self heals
It happens when you get used to it, no worries, you can do it ;P

Nope, but I'd suggest farming SoO for full gem gear, that helps a lot all the time. If the scaling is bad wait for Level 80 and new talents, those will probably give a huge performance boost even when downscaled.
Oh, btw last weeks of MoP Remix, Garrosh Heirloom weps have gem slots and scale very nicely for Mage Tower. I'd strongly suggest those.
@@Aernath Thank you for the advice! After +60 pre patch pulls I think I’ll wait for lvl 80 and grab the remaining remix heirlooms I’m missing.
Maybe it's because I've done it before, but I feel like it was easier this time around than in legion. What did you think?
I also think it felt easier because we knew the basics and what we would face, so the adaptation stage was a lot faster this time and with proper Moonfire-ish talents it became a lot easier after 10.0 for sure.
During the Legion fight it depended on proper Legendary items, the chest and wrist combo made it practically easy mode with extending the range of important attacks that normally only hit at melee range. This time we had different talents for it to compensate and we could farm SoO gem gear to make it easier.
