I can relate to the people being baffled by this. I've watched many videos like this one, all making it seem very easy. And yeah, when things go the way they are presented on screen it would be. But this is not even remotely comparable to my in-game experience. For starters, my dot damage doesn't come close to what's been shown here. But fine, I don't mind spending an hour on a challenge if I have to. But as soon as the Nether Horrors spawn I'm immediately in trouble. They rush me and even with Iron Fur & Barkskin up they instantly pop my Survival Instincts. And that's before they start casting (which I ofcourse interrupt with Incapacitating Roar). If I don't have both Iron Fur & Barkskin up when they charge me, I'm instantly dead. I keep my stacks of the debuff at 4, so that if I charge in to interrupt the Drain Life I don't tick higher than 5. But by the time I can get the first boss down to about 40%, I have two Infernals running around (which I haven't seen happen at all in anyones video or guide) and I'm completely out of cooldowns, meaning that if the Boss doesn't just kill me straight up, the next batch of Nether Horrors will. All of this while running the exact same Talents, and a higher iLvl than in the video. Don't misunderstand, I appreciate your video a lot. But I am completely stumped by the challenge as it keeps kicking my ass for no reason I can discern. I even checked to see if having your raid/dungeon settings set to heroic/mythic/normal made any difference... it did not. Edit: It IS a pretty good way to farm Lovely Charms though., so I guess that's something.
I've never tank and i down this boss after 3 tries, 380 ilvl, can I know whats your ilvl? and btw copy his talent, the #1 take away from his build is never stop hitting moonfire
@@AnimeNamba iLvL is 389, which isn't very high, but higher than the one in the video. And according to everyone I've spoken to so far it should also be high enough. And yes, I did copy his talent and Moonfire is always on auto spam when not casting anything else.

@@AnimeNamba ilvl means nothing in this. its all same ilvl for everyone when u down lvl. its stats that matter to elaborate its the stat balance you have. haste/versa is the build
I just finished mine, so I would like to thank you so much for the guide! I do understand why people might be having problems with it though, especially in the second phase with Annihilate. This is how I was able to finish it in 10 attempts or so with 328 gear score. The first phase is pretty simple, abuse the fact that you have glowy orbs on the ground as much as you can; you don't have to wait until you have 5 to 6 stacks either; when you go in, dash in with Wild Charge and cast Thrash, maybe fit in a Maul if you wanted to, but that's it, it should bring you to 3 or 4 stacks at average and this will help you go in to interrupt him again if you wanted to when he casts Drain Life. Other than that, whenever he spawns the 4 purple ghosty boys, group them up in the middle near Valen, and at the end or in the middle of the boss casting Drain Life just interrupt it with the glowy orb. Also don't overuse Wild Charge so that you can use it in case you got pushed away by the inferno (you can use it to dash again to them or something else). Will make it take longer, but honestly as long as it gets it done. The second phase isn't that much harder but its the one where I failed the most, and reading some of the comments, it seems that people also failed in that one more so than the first one, here my own tips to myself on how I beat him:- 1) At the beginning, I ignore everything (I do try to not get hit by the golems pushback) and focus mainly on interrupting the first Twisting Reflection. PLEASE INTERRUPT IT YOU LOST 5 TI- 2) The second most important thing I did was, ABUSE THE ORBIES THEY ARE THERE FOR A REASON ME WHY DON'T YOU USE THEM (basically, whenever he spawns the 4 ghosty boys group them up and run over a glowy orb whenever they are about to finish the starting cast for their ability which does so much damage) 3) For Annihilate, I try to get up to 2 stacks at the beginning without stressing too much, but after that I pop Incarnation and Rage of the Sleeper (at around the time I get hit with the second Annihilation), and try to do as much DPS as I can, but I'm always keeping up 2-3 stacks of Iron Fur. Keep up Iron Fur. 4) Lastly after the second Annihilation the boss is around 25k HP (for me when I was doing it) and the third Annihilate usually kills me, so I am doing a DPS race here while having Barskin and Survival Instincts as my defensives for the third Annihilate, without them I die every time even if I have 2 stacks of Iron Fur. Here I am basically trying to stay near the orbies again, and just use them as my interrupt for the ghosty boys or his own Annihilate to daze him (though I am not actually sure if that works cause I might've just survive due to having CDs). 5) BE CAREFUL OF TWISTING REFLECTION HE WILL CAST IT AGAIN AT THE END MAKE SURE YOU CAN INTERRUPT IT WITH SKULL BASH. Goodluck to everyone on getting the Mage Tower done! Hope this helps someone with getting it done~
Got it in 10 tries on a fresh 70 just now (10.1). Your talent string gives an outdated error, but the same talents can be selected manually. I needed drums and unbridled fury to beat the 5th annihilate. Thanks for the video!

If you're the kind of player who could really do it in 5 tries after watching this, then you're the kind of player who didn't need to watch this to begin with.
This is NOT easy, and the infernal was certainly not the problem. I killed two infernals just fine on my best attempt, but he ALWAYS one shots me. Blizzard must have done something to mess with this. I tried dragonflight gear, I tried seige of orgrimar gear with gems, nothing matters. It always sets me to item level 125 and level 45. This thing is so insane and I just want the skin. I would even buy it from blizzard, but they only want to sell idiots shiny ponies. The most frustrated I have been in a long time and it's just not worth it.
They have 500% done shit to it. It’s nowhere near what I see on the videos. The damage is way lower and the damage they do to you is way way higher than in any of the videos. It’s just dumb content imo
Got this within 16 attempts following your guide here. Biggest tip to people is be ready to use bark skin on every single annihlate plus one other mit. Also limit yourself to doing 5-8 tries a day for your sanity and come back the next day, I always had way better attempts when I came back fresh. If you are disciplined with incap roar on horrors, keep facing and prioritisng the eyes in phase one, and keep moving away from the infernals, the adds become a non issue. All my deaths were to panicking a little and dying to annihalate, its very easy not to get knocked off the platform, even if 3 infernals are up. Also smaller infernals have a debuff that increases their damage taken by something likr 400%, one moonfire and the ticks will clear them.
I don't seem to do enough damage and by the 3rd annihilate he still has around 13-10% hp and i get 1 shot. Any tips ? I really want this cosmetic style. And im losing my mind trying to get it

I'm still stuck but I suck less now (by the way for everybody, keep calm & take some breaks cause I swear my gameplay increased tenfold the minute I stopped seething whenever the infernal I forgot about hiding behind Kruul decides it wants to launch me off the edge while i'm stressing about when I should interrupt him)

So I was curious if Blizz f*ked us by buffing this fight but it's still the same (had 0 issues with the fight). I don't know how familiar you are with bear tanking but are you using Ironfur / using the same build and lvl70?
Yeah I'm going from full hp to dead in 1 shot, combat log isn't even showing a massive spike in damage, no idea whats going on. I suspect gear is a bit more important than one might think. 342ilvl doesn't seem to be cutting it. Edit: One thing I just noticed on the last attempt was that my main character portrait was showing full healthbar, but then the prophet's target window showed me with almost no health. So I guess you can't trust your main character health bar, watch the "target of my target" to see what your actual HP is. Edit 2: Yeah ok you can't seem to trust EITHER health bar, because in another fight my main bar said full hp, and the "target of my target" bar showed me at 0hp, and I was still running around taking dmg, not dying. So a huge problem I'm having is that I never really know what my HP currently is, can't trust what the UI is telling me. And I have no UI addons.

Great video. I've struggled for 58 attempts so far. Tell me, why am I dealing with 3-4 infernals in phase 2 when you just have 1?? Its killed me 19 times.
Update- I finally got my Felbear form after 119 attempts. I had to focus on killing the internals as prio, and I bought drums, and put on two dps trinkets that scale well.
Watched it a few times and did it first try. Though I'm fairly sure that somehow tierset bonuses apply in the fight which I don't think it should. Still, good guide and to the point, plus Weakauras help a ton too!
thank you, got it 2nd try after watching this vid! I used potion of unbridled fury and drums on last phase though as it is a massive dps check i feel like. Also using all the orbs to stop annihilate was key for me
2/19 - down after 3 tries using the guide, no tanking xp - 380 ilvl press your incarn and sleeper on CD(important)! -Kill eyE ASAP (focus this one using moonfire, no need to get close) -interrupt drain life (dont interrupt if your stack is around 5 and can't hit it, just wait it out) -when the purple ads shows use moonfire on them 1 each then hit trash, the 2nd trash u hit them would kill them (no need to target them) -when infernal shows, spam moonfire on him while kiting him within 15yrds of the caster so moonfire would hit them both) -Kill the mage using maul etc if y ou have low stack of the debuff - Krull phase is easier, basically still kiting the infernal in circle while cleaving krull with moonfire trash and maul
Gratz x) and ilvl indeed doesn't matter since everything gets scaled to 200+ I think. So if you're 70 and using anything above the scaled ilvl you'd easily clear this challenge.
@@ItsDanta Everything gets scaled down to 120. Which probably means actual stats/procs/etc. is more important than iLvL. About 150 tries in now and I still can't get even close to doing this. I don't know if Blizz f*cked something up where it's different for people on different servers, but it's literally 99% impossible for me. Even IF I make it to the second phase, I have 3 infernals running around that knock me off the platform. There is simply no dodging them when I also have to deal with the green zones slowing me. I've tried every build I could think of, watched every single video I could find, but none of the video's I've watched come close to the sheer insanity that's on my screen during this fight. Even on the tries where I manage to time everything "perfectly" so I don't have any infernals active, all the nether horrors have just died, etc, I still can't get the boss down to below 10% before all the stuff has respawned.
Hmm I did back in the day the Bear and the Cat Mage Tower. I passed the Cat one in under 10 tries, now there is a no-go. Back then you could kill the Imps with a couple Brutal Slashes, now their HP barely moves. I didn't have killer gear back then, as I didn't raid or ran M+, just what you got outside in the world. It also feels like they shortened the timings when Imps appear, I remember you had between Imp spawns gracious time to get a combo or two in to her. The Bear challenge on the other hand really got neutered. I needed back in the day well over 100 tries to pass it, maybe even over 150. Now the push-back of the elemental has a far shorter range, the push-back is REALLY tame, so tame you have to be very close to the edge to get pushed off by it. I remember having to try ages to even make it to the 2nd phase consistently, there was something always, a eye or the push-back that kicked you out of the fight. I never actually died in there... always push-back. Now I died a couple times to the Netherelementals doing their special.
Not sure what Bliz did this Tuesday but was easily pushing into the 2nd Phase and now, melted in 30 seconds. I’m doing everything right and getting merked. I give up on this
after 20+ attempts, i have reached phase 2 once. The purple guys are impossible as i have one interrupt, there is constantly eyes on me, and i have no clue how this is possible, let alone "easy". Pure insanity that i'll likely come back to later, but as for now it seems impossible for me.
Leveled a druid just for the wearbear and got it after 3 tries, it is literally the easiest of them all, just keep moonfire up, and I suggest the Ravaged Seed Pod if you are running into trouble with the adds but it is not needed, cheers my friends. Aiel - Nordrassil out!

Seriously the fucking fight is impossible have to have beyond perfect interrupts and if you’re one second too late the million fucking adds spawning make it impossible
344 ilvl on a laptop laying down no mouse. Gem and chant the gear you do have and use all available consumes. All gear was janky crafted gear you can buy fairly cheaply off the AH.
Doing it now and i just cant get over the second phase, watching out for the infernals, the purple strings and for the interupts at the same time is just impossible for me.... well guess that means no form for me. Anyway the guide helped me a lot in the first phase, thanks!
thx this helped a lot even though i ended up goin in with bis gear agi gems and all consumables zugzug took about 1 minute for the fight to end from start to finish
i followed your guide but i got myself some consumables which helpled A LOT but nontheless died a whooping 78 times but i got it and tbh you never mentioned it but number one thing to remember is don't panic and fat finger your keyboard i know and i hate being that guy but mindset is important if you go into the instance worrying and with panic you will die and panic when you need to focus and pay attention to whats going on around where a single misclick could and will be the difference between winning and losing just think of it as a normal mindless dungeon nothing else also forget about the healthbar don't pay attention to it i used eye of skovald and windscar whetstone as trinkets and really get yourself to 70 before attempting this those extra abilities ARE going to make your life easier especially for people who are not too good at druid tanking or know how the class works and just for a bit of extra damage as damage in this instance is key aswell as timing and precision and practice thats right each time you run this instance and die you learn and you may be doing it right and having the right strats and consumes and abilities but simply don't know the timing or what to pay attention to and simply running it and dying will help you learn because any missed key or wrong button pressed could and usually will ruin your run instead of using ursoc's guidance go down and get yourself lunar beam as it is extra damage and this means completing phase1 quicker and helps with phase 2 and you really do not want more than one fel golem running on the field its possible but just more to look out for and it also helps with the nether spawns if you time it correctly all in all your guide helped me get through the run top notch guide
I beat it on lvl 61 with heirlooms. Its doable but I wish i had decent gear and lvl 70 when doing it. Just spent a few hours getting my rotation down but in the end it felt amazing.
Im almost att 200 tries, 1phase is so easy I can do it blindfolded, but when it comes to 2nd. The Annihilate insta kills me as he casts it so much faster than I can either get back CDs or the holy nova thingie. Any suggestions 400ilvl''
This seems pretty easy atm. I'm definitely not the best player and it took me ~30 minutes to do after watching this video. I beat it the first time I got to kruul. Just saved all the orbs and used them in phase 2.
BS 4 mechs go on the same time drain life orbs and nether shits and the big ass dread thing and i had about 25 trys and still not even close even with 405 gear i know all mechs but thers
This is actually the most aggravating challenge to complete. I've done literally everything right only to get fucking one shot by Kruul after he decides to cast annihilate 4 times in a row back to back. I've been here for 3 hours. I just want to finish it. Closest I got was his hp at 20k.
If youre lvl 70 and using the same build you should be able to get a lot of dmg in. Use your burst, dot him up and keep spamming maul and mangle. Just keep looking at your stacks of aura of decay cause that's gonna hurt you if you have it getting higher than 6.
I really am entirely losing faith on this, I have no idea how I can't manage to land this. I'm at like 70+ attempts and still can't seem to make it past the first annihilate. I get compelete fry brain and forget to interrupt him after so he just heals back to full and it's an auto loss. Than I randomly just die on first phase without even reaching Kruul. Really a big effing bummer I don't even like druid I just want this damn bear skin.
Yeah I have to make a updated vodeo for TWW. Scaling is kinda messed up now. You could try using the darkmoon deck ascension and symbiosis. They let me complete almost every dps mage tower challenge in 1 try.
@@ItsDanta I would love love LOVE to see an updated video, I don't claim to be top teir WoW player but I'm no slouch and this shit is ridonkulous... been away a few xpacs saw the fel bear and I've done everything I can think of to even try to make it to phase 2.. Adds melt me everytime or I miss interrupts trying to deal with them, setup @Focus macros for all abilities and still having a hell of a time!
You expect to clear it in 3 attempts when never having done this challenge or having played a guardian druid? Just learn the mechanics and do them. It's still to this day one of the easiest mage tower challenges there is.

I'm with you, this is not a criticism. That said, "A couple of attempts" is a stretch, man. Most of the people here who would need to watch a guide for this will have failed dozens if not hundreds of attempts. There's just no disputing that, it's a fact. "Just learn the mechanics and do them," that's trivially true, sure. But if that were easy we wouldn't be looking for guides. I lost my freakign mind on that gym part, thats what i literally did. In legion i got my ghost of the pridemother, played through bfa and skipped shadowlands with gym and lost shit ton of weight and got some muscle and now im back trying to see if something changed for guardian druid mage tower lmao

Sounds good, doesn't work. Nothing dies even remotely as fast as it does in this video so either they patched something and made it scale differently, or there's some other secrete sauce to stats or RNG. For reference, I'm a mythic raid tank main and have a 3500+ IO as a guardian druid. Tanking isn't that hard, but for some reason this video is not an accurate representation of how long it takes things to die
Dude after reading your comment I decided to check it out again and one shot the fight again with the same talents and random 350ilvl gear. Also I kept making more mistakes than in the video. It's not hard if you understand the fight. You can be 3500+ IO but that doesn't matter a mage tower challenge is completely different than a m+ dungeon. Hope you'll eventually get it!
The first phase is pretty simple to deal with, the 2nd phase omfg you are being pushed like a mothafucka, makes it very hard to interrupt Innihilation when Velen barely makes those Warps & you are pushed around so often :/ If you got some more detailed tips for the 2nd phase it will be awesome.

If you're the kind of player who could really do it in 5 tries after watching this, then you're the kind of player who didn't need to watch this to begin with.
This is NOT easy, and the infernal was certainly not the problem. I killed two infernals just fine on my best attempt, but he ALWAYS one shots me. Blizzard must have done something to mess with this. I tried dragonflight gear, I tried seige of orgrimar gear with gems, nothing matters. It always sets me to item level 125 and level 45. This thing is so insane and I just want the skin. I would even buy it from blizzard, but they only want to sell idiots shiny ponies. The most frustrated I have been in a long time and it's just not worth it.
They have 500% done shit to it. It’s nowhere near what I see on the videos. The damage is way lower and the damage they do to you is way way higher than in any of the videos. It’s just dumb content imo
Took about about 200 attempts total, but managed to get it after the 3rd try after watching the video, massive cheers
Got this within 16 attempts following your guide here. Biggest tip to people is be ready to use bark skin on every single annihlate plus one other mit. Also limit yourself to doing 5-8 tries a day for your sanity and come back the next day, I always had way better attempts when I came back fresh. If you are disciplined with incap roar on horrors, keep facing and prioritisng the eyes in phase one, and keep moving away from the infernals, the adds become a non issue. All my deaths were to panicking a little and dying to annihalate, its very easy not to get knocked off the platform, even if 3 infernals are up. Also smaller infernals have a debuff that increases their damage taken by something likr 400%, one moonfire and the ticks will clear them.
I don't seem to do enough damage and by the 3rd annihilate he still has around 13-10% hp and i get 1 shot. Any tips ?

I'm still stuck but I suck less now (by the way for everybody, keep calm & take some breaks cause I swear my gameplay increased tenfold the minute I stopped seething whenever the infernal I forgot about hiding behind Kruul decides it wants to launch me off the edge while i'm stressing about when I should interrupt him)

So I was curious if Blizz f*ked us by buffing this fight but it's still the same (had 0 issues with the fight). I don't know how familiar you are with bear tanking but are you using Ironfur / using the same build and lvl70?
Yeah I'm going from full hp to dead in 1 shot, combat log isn't even showing a massive spike in damage, no idea whats going on. I suspect gear is a bit more important than one might think. 342ilvl doesn't seem to be cutting it.
Edit: One thing I just noticed on the last attempt was that my main character portrait was showing full healthbar, but then the prophet's target window showed me with almost no health. So I guess you can't trust your main character health bar, watch the "target of my target" to see what your actual HP is.
Edit 2: Yeah ok you can't seem to trust EITHER health bar, because in another fight my main bar said full hp, and the "target of my target" bar showed me at 0hp, and I was still running around taking dmg, not dying. So a huge problem I'm having is that I never really know what my HP currently is, can't trust what the UI is telling me. And I have no UI addons.

Great video. I've struggled for 58 attempts so far. Tell me, why am I dealing with 3-4 infernals in phase 2 when you just have 1?? Its killed me 19 times.
This is why I hate these videos. Total BS and luck on their end. I have 3/4 infernal up, 2-3 eyes at once. It’s insane.

@@stephengonzales3566 You have to actually kill them. When eye spawns, you moonfire it instantly. Same with infernals.
Update-
I finally got my Felbear form after 119 attempts. I had to focus on killing the internals as prio, and I bought drums, and put on two dps trinkets that scale well.

thank you, got it 2nd try after watching this vid! I used potion of unbridled fury and drums on last phase though as it is a massive dps check i feel like. Also using all the orbs to stop annihilate was key for me
2/19 - down after 3 tries using the guide, no tanking xp - 380 ilvl
press your incarn and sleeper on CD(important)!
-Kill eyE ASAP (focus this one using moonfire, no need to get close)
-interrupt drain life (dont interrupt if your stack is around 5 and can't hit it, just wait it out)
-when the purple ads shows use moonfire on them 1 each then hit trash, the 2nd trash u hit them would kill them (no need to target them)
-when infernal shows, spam moonfire on him while kiting him within 15yrds of the caster so moonfire would hit them both)
-Kill the mage using maul etc if y ou have low stack of the debuff
- Krull phase is easier, basically still kiting the infernal in circle while cleaving krull with moonfire trash and maul
i dont even know it ilvl matters on this as this instance is scaled
Gratz x) and ilvl indeed doesn't matter since everything gets scaled to 200+ I think. So if you're 70 and using anything above the scaled ilvl you'd easily clear this challenge.
@@ItsDanta Everything gets scaled down to 120. Which probably means actual stats/procs/etc. is more important than iLvL. About 150 tries in now and I still can't get even close to doing this. I don't know if Blizz f*cked something up where it's different for people on different servers, but it's literally 99% impossible for me. Even IF I make it to the second phase, I have 3 infernals running around that knock me off the platform. There is simply no dodging them when I also have to deal with the green zones slowing me. I've tried every build I could think of, watched every single video I could find, but none of the video's I've watched come close to the sheer insanity that's on my screen during this fight. Even on the tries where I manage to time everything "perfectly" so I don't have any infernals active, all the nether horrors have just died, etc, I still can't get the boss down to below 10% before all the stuff has respawned.
Hmm I did back in the day the Bear and the Cat Mage Tower. I passed the Cat one in under 10 tries, now there is a no-go. Back then you could kill the Imps with a couple Brutal Slashes, now their HP barely moves. I didn't have killer gear back then, as I didn't raid or ran M+, just what you got outside in the world. It also feels like they shortened the timings when Imps appear, I remember you had between Imp spawns gracious time to get a combo or two in to her.
The Bear challenge on the other hand really got neutered. I needed back in the day well over 100 tries to pass it, maybe even over 150. Now the push-back of the elemental has a far shorter range, the push-back is REALLY tame, so tame you have to be very close to the edge to get pushed off by it. I remember having to try ages to even make it to the 2nd phase consistently, there was something always, a eye or the push-back that kicked you out of the fight. I never actually died in there... always push-back. Now I died a couple times to the Netherelementals doing their special.

after 20+ attempts, i have reached phase 2 once. The purple guys are impossible as i have one interrupt, there is constantly eyes on me, and i have no clue how this is possible, let alone "easy". Pure insanity that i'll likely come back to later, but as for now it seems impossible for me.
Those yellow orbs that spawn heal you when you run over them and also stun everything in the room. That’s how you can do it

Your supposed to group them together and use incap roar ability to inturrupt all the cast at once while dps them down
I must suck 'cos I can't get past the first 30 seconds and as observed by another I do almost zero damage. It just doesn't make sense.

Leveled a druid just for the wearbear and got it after 3 tries, it is literally the easiest of them all, just keep moonfire up, and I suggest the Ravaged Seed Pod if you are running into trouble with the adds but it is not needed, cheers my friends.

At the moment, this guide is outdated, or the author used bugs. Now the HP of the bosses is higher, and you are thrown off the platform every second
this is literally impossible. I use everyhting i inturrept everything, i get knocked off or Kruul just takes no damage.........

344 ilvl on a laptop laying down no mouse. Gem and chant the gear you do have and use all available consumes. All gear was janky crafted gear you can buy fairly cheaply off the AH.
Doing it now and i just cant get over the second phase, watching out for the infernals, the purple strings and for the interupts at the same time is just impossible for me.... well guess that means no form for me. Anyway the guide helped me a lot in the first phase, thanks!
The 2nd phase is a dps race and a clusterF but you can do it :)

i followed your guide but i got myself some consumables which helpled A LOT but nontheless died a whooping 78 times but i got it and tbh you never mentioned it but number one thing to remember is don't panic and fat finger your keyboard
i know and i hate being that guy but mindset is important if you go into the instance worrying and with panic you will die and panic when you need to focus and pay attention to whats going on around where a single misclick could and will be the difference between winning and losing just think of it as a normal mindless dungeon nothing else also forget about the healthbar don't pay attention to it
i used eye of skovald and windscar whetstone as trinkets and really get yourself to 70 before attempting this those extra abilities ARE going to make your life easier especially for people who are not too good at druid tanking or know how the class works and just for a bit of extra damage as damage in this instance is key aswell as timing and precision and practice
thats right each time you run this instance and die you learn and you may be doing it right and having the right strats and consumes and abilities but simply don't know the timing or what to pay attention to and simply running it and dying will help you learn because any missed key or wrong button pressed could and usually will ruin your run
instead of using ursoc's guidance go down and get yourself lunar beam as it is extra damage and this means completing phase1 quicker and helps with phase 2 and you really do not want more than one fel golem running on the field its possible but just more to look out for and it also helps with the nether spawns if you time it correctly
all in all your guide helped me get through the run top notch guide

Its doable but I wish i had decent gear and lvl 70 when doing it.
Just spent a few hours getting my rotation down but in the end it felt amazing.

Im almost att 200 tries, 1phase is so easy I can do it blindfolded, but when it comes to 2nd. The Annihilate insta kills me as he casts it so much faster than I can either get back CDs or the holy nova thingie. Any suggestions 400ilvl''
need to keep ironfur up more, barksin+ironfur the first annhil, then second annhil use survirv instincts,ironfur, and 3rd annhil use bark+fur+regen

This seems pretty easy atm. I'm definitely not the best player and it took me ~30 minutes to do after watching this video. I beat it the first time I got to kruul. Just saved all the orbs and used them in phase 2.
BS 4 mechs go on the same time drain life orbs and nether shits and the big ass dread thing and i had about 25 trys and still not even close

This is actually the most aggravating challenge to complete. I've done literally everything right only to get fucking one shot by Kruul after he decides to cast annihilate 4 times in a row back to back. I've been here for 3 hours. I just want to finish it. Closest I got was his hp at 20k.
Still trying :-) it looks easy, so far it isnt hahaha. Also, I can't seem to use thrash.

If youre lvl 70 and using the same build you should be able to get a lot of dmg in. Use your burst, dot him up and keep spamming maul and mangle.
Just keep looking at your stacks of aura of decay cause that's gonna hurt you if you have it getting higher than 6.
I really am entirely losing faith on this, I have no idea how I can't manage to land this. I'm at like 70+ attempts and still can't seem to make it past the first annihilate. I get compelete fry brain and forget to interrupt him after so he just heals back to full and it's an auto loss. Than I randomly just die on first phase without even reaching Kruul. Really a big effing bummer I don't even like druid I just want this damn bear skin.

Yeah I have to make a updated vodeo for TWW. Scaling is kinda messed up now. You could try using the darkmoon deck ascension and symbiosis. They let me complete almost every dps mage tower challenge in 1 try.

Adds melt me everytime or I miss interrupts trying to deal with them, setup @Focus macros for all abilities and still having a hell of a time!

You expect to clear it in 3 attempts when never having done this challenge or having played a guardian druid? Just learn the mechanics and do them. It's still to this day one of the easiest mage tower challenges there is.

"Just learn the mechanics and do them," that's trivially true, sure. But if that were easy we wouldn't be looking for guides. Those for whom it's "a couple of attempts" easy, more power to them, but they're the ones making the videos, not the ones watching the videos. Have a great day!

I don't know what it is but I think you just have to get used to the fight. I just checked it out and was able to complete it again in one try. These are the talents I used this time. You can export this string to get the same talents if you want.

Sounds good, doesn't work. Nothing dies even remotely as fast as it does in this video so either they patched something and made it scale differently, or there's some other secrete sauce to stats or RNG. For reference, I'm a mythic raid tank main and have a 3500+ IO as a guardian druid. Tanking isn't that hard, but for some reason this video is not an accurate representation of how long it takes things to die
Dude after reading your comment I decided to check it out again and one shot the fight again with the same talents and random 350ilvl gear. Also I kept making more mistakes than in the video. It's not hard if you understand the fight. You can be 3500+ IO but that doesn't matter a mage tower challenge is completely different than a m+ dungeon. Hope you'll eventually get it!

The first phase is pretty simple to deal with, the 2nd phase omfg you are being pushed like a mothafucka, makes it very hard to interrupt Innihilation when Velen barely makes those Warps & you are pushed around so often :/ If you got some more detailed tips for the 2nd phase it will be awesome.
