two stroke sound never gets old.
Look into the HITLIS power-valve kit. The PV no longer fully opens in an instant, it moves incrementally in relation to rpm. The key here is that it makes more power at any given RPM point below the stock peak HP RPM range. Riders are stoked on how smooth and controlled the powerband becomes.

I need a Pro 38, can’t get my YZ 250 to run right with the original Lectron. I’ve fiddled with it way more than the stock carb too.
been off the bike since june of last year, tore my acl and ruptured my kidney from carb failure...itching to ride! august cant come soon enough

Have you tried changing the power jet to a 40 rather than 50 on the keihin? Curious how that would compare with the lectron.
I’m gunna do a video here soon comparing the lectron after I get it perfectly tuned and do plug tests and know it’s perfect , comparing that to a perfectly tuned keihin carb which I will also tune and do plug tests…. Should be a cool video but got a lot of riding and testing and tuning to do !
How is it compared to the stock carb can you tell the difference in the throttle response
Huge difference comparing my stock carb to this lectron! This is not to be confused with a PERFECTLY jetted stock carburetor VS. the lectron I’m not sure which is better. I think they can both equally compete with each other. But I know the lectron is a whole lot simpler to adjust and make small changes from where it comes so close to perfect already straight out of the box ! I LOVE my lectron.
Were you able to get the idle set with the idle screw or did you need to end up messing with the metering rod ?
I set the idle with the idle screw , but after FMF fatty & shorty silencer , I have richened metering rod 1/2 turn , richened power jet 1/2 turn , & richened torque jet 1/4 turn. Hope this helps bike is ripping very happy !!!

@@JUSTINHAWKSMITH what are you using for a tac reader? Also what were your base settings? I called them and asked what mine were and it wasn’t what it was sent as.
