Coros Plan & Why I Can't Run 100 Miles

Troops, I have decided to postpone the Epona 100 mile ultramarathon. I need to be sensible in my return. I will be following the #coros beginner marathon training plan in order to regain my fitness. Then i will start the journey of running 76 #marathon one in every city in the UK. All in the aim of raising £10000 for #bigmoosecharity.
