This was so cool Sal and I learned a lot! I've been making my dogs food for about 3 months now too. It's chicken, rice and veggies. Poor old Duke just can't hold anything else down now that he's 16 years old. You earned that beer Bud! Hope y'all have a great weekend Bud!
After losing our previous dog due to a disease caused by feeding her traditional kibble, my wife now makes home made food for our new dog. One thing to remember is, 1st, to change up the meal every so often in order to provide variety. 2nd, dont be afraid to buy the cheap, throw away cuts. 3rd, Regardless of the meals that you make, there are certain nutrients that cant be found in traditional meals, so you'll need to purchase them. My wife uses Dino-Vite. It is pretty much like giving your dog a One-A-Day multivitamin for dogs. We have been feeding her this way for the past 5 yrs and with every vet visit, the veterinarians are always extremely complementary of how healthy she is.
Great video idea! We've had dogs forever, and I've cooked them food occasionally but our current boy weighs about 85 pounds and I'd need to remortgage the house to do this for him! Holly's one lucky girl! 😁
That fried rice actually looked pretty darn good! I knew you had a spot in your heart for the pup!! I Think you have to take the griddle down to the dog park and set up, you'll making a mint😁 thanks for sharing Sal, have a great weekend brother you all stay safe!👍RTFO!🍻🍺🤘
Sal your pooch is very lucky to have you. Great info on onions and garlic. I bet a lot of people don’t know about this. Awesome that you cook for your dog. Cheers 🍻 and hope you have a great weekend.

Excellent dawg food, even better beer! I did not know dogs could not have garlic. Even Italian dogs? :) Good snatching of the dog, Barbara! Hope she liked it...I'd say she did. Your recipe looked good, Sal.
Little Holly is one lucky dog! P.S. Next time, just put some aside and add onions, garlic, salt, and one of your hot sauces, and you will all have a great dinner!
