Wow what a great lil kitchie presentation!! Just like the cars and homes back in the day, that had style and flair people did new, unique unexpected things like this! Just imagine being invited to a dinner party, and having no idea about these, how fun!
    Thanks for posting!!

Back in the day :) Is it remotely possible future people will look back on the 2000s that way?

Well that looks plumb fancy smachy! I’d eat that. Looks good Xeta. People cooked more then and made special dinners not like today. It’s hurry and get to McDonald’s!🤣🤣🤣

Kind of reminds me of baked clams. I love baked clams. I'm definitely going to try this without the shells, though. The shells are kinda like nature's version of corningware, lol.

Nature's Corning Ware LOL! I couldn't remember when I had baked clams last, but it totally reminded me of that.

Nice recipe! I kind of remember seeing someone (maybe Julia Child) making this as an appetizer. I'm sure with crab or shrimp it would be so delicious. Nice presentation.

You know I love Julia and yet there's so many episodes I haven't seen. Maybe I can find where she made those appetizers. That would be fun. Do you think two egg whites would make it less crumbly?

@@xetaprime yes, or even just a whole egg. I think it might hold it together better.

Also that looks like the plastic grass that was in my Easter basket when I was a kid only it was green.
