I tried to help a friend out in Heroic SoO a couple weeks ago... It seemed like I was the only one who had an inkling of knowledge on the fights. Their other healer must've been drunk, I swear. I was pulling 70-80+% of healing done per fight and their druid healer was like 6-7 points higher than me! -_-
This song describes my experience of SoO. Back when i did Raid Finder, my group was a total fail. We kept on dying on the trash mobs before Siegecrafter Blackfuse (the mobs that jump out of the pipes) The heals sucked, the Tanks had no idea on how to play and DPS was low. After 5 times of wiping, i left the group to requeue and what do you know? I get put in the same group. -.- This is why i only do raids with my guild now.
I'm not a 'good' player but still laughed. There's only so far I can get with 'stubborn'. I just don't move fast enough, and the jumping through hoops part of the game just wasn't fun after a while. There at the end, I just did logistics support of the guild, which was fun, but folks expect more of players.
Letomi I don't if you will come here and read this BUT... a friend on mine was telling me yesterday that he almost had a TPK at the table top game and it was so bad that he had to fudge his dice rolls against the last member of the party. this game took place on the monday before this posting I had him watch this video...... he laughed and sent it to his players in good humor... his party contained a warlock a healer variant ( he said this guy went first) a rogue a ranger a monk.. want to play a dnd sub par healer... get a bard.....
