On dating apps, a man who is most likely to get a swipe is who is:
1. Muscular and well-built.
2. Tall and handsome.

Even on matrimonial sites that man is more likely to get a match who has:
1. Good earnings and a strong career.

Also the idea of an "alpha male" from a lot of these guys does not revolve simply around physical prowess, they say that an alpha should be powerful that is having a strong body, financial freedom and influence. I agree a lot of them are really predatory and try to sell their audience some product or course but I don't think the idea that men should try to gain power to ascend the social ladder is bad, it undeniably makes them more attractive in the eyes of women.
- Secondly a lot of them talk about "depolarization" of the genders where in the modern day men are encouraged to be more feminine and in their feelings while women are encouraged to be more masculine (using the traditional norms for masculinity and femininity). In a recent study (I'm sorry I don't remember the citation off the top of my head) it shows how of 1000 GenZ participants 51% of men said they wanted children and 45% of women said they wanted children. Also in America more women are enrolling in college than men where it's a 60-40 distribution of all the students at colleges favoring women. I'd suggest you read "Of Boys and Men", a great book in the subject.
A lot of the people who come to these red pill guys are completely broken, they have no social circle, no girl, no money and with horrendous habits, this all feeds into a massive void and depression. A lot of their advice like go to the gym and" be more stoic" and "work hard without caring about comfort" even if sold to them with the motivation to be more attractive to women, will change their life for the better.
