i really love that you don't just give the advice, you give concrete examples of how you can actually apply it in a regular home game. i think it's really helpful for both beginner and advanced dms in finding what might actually be missing from their campaign. great series!
Thanks for having me on the show! I'm glad that a new audience will now be able to bask in my wisdom. Also, thanks for cutting out the parts where I stumbled over my words like an idiot :)
Another cool video full of great advice! I love those conversations. Keep on doing your thing! I already kinda use some of the concepts you guys talk about, but more or less unconsciously and not in as refined a way - it's good to have terms like 'knows fronts' and 'unknown fronts' as it helps to think about it. A list of 'NPCs in the stable' is quite useful, too. For quite some time I didn't know where the dragonborn bard I introduced in session 3 is - I just knew he'd be back some day. Now I know he's in the stable ;) I've praised your approach to faction building before, but I cannot stress enough how helpful this is. Thank you!
Great conversation and series. Really enjoying this
I keep a list of “loose ends” to help make those connections 👍🏿
Tons of excellent advice
