And there aren't usually giant signs at the register and on the entrance that say "All Sales Are Final, No Refunds, No Exceptions." (there are; that was sarcasm)
@ If you listen and go with the facts given you must agree with me. If you ignore the facts given and add what may be locally, well then you can assume anything. “ No Refunds” was on the receipt which was handed over after the transaction. The cartoon stick figure did not say there was any sign on the wall. Talking about a cartoon stick figure situation is a bit silly but way better than politics. It’s all good.
These sketches are so relatable, and really make me appreciate the job I have even more, where it is the complete opposite of a toxic environment, where everything toxic work environments say ("We're like family," "We're a team,", "Door is always open", etc) is actually true. Except the doors are mostly imaginary, cuz most of us work from home.
this technically does not matter. if it says it on the receipt, then that’s the policy. however, it’s better for the rep to always tell the customer “hey this is non returnable” so you don’t run into messy situations. but, technically, the policy is in writing on the receipt so the reps can’t be blamed on this situation. this is assuming the customer is not blind.
@@peo_peoif it’s just on the receipt, then the customer wouldn’t know until AFTER purchasing. It would need to be posted elsewhere, like at the checkstand, on the store’s website, etc
Legally, the store is required to post the refund/exchange policy at the register, clearly & in a font the average person can see without glasses. They cannot use the excuse that the policy is on the receipt since you don't get a receipt until AFTER you pay.
@@peo_peo - Nope ... since you don't get the receipt until AFTER the fact. Signs must be posted AT the register so the customer knows the policy PRIOR to making the purchase.
In australia a store can not put 'no refund' on anything. They can refuse to refund you for 'change of mind' or for a handfull of other, very logical reasons, but they can not sell an item with a No Refund on the reciept or signage etc.
I got her back. Unfortunately, laws vary from state to state, and in some places, Karen might be able to find a way around it. It sucks, but the customers are reeeally used to being right!
Here we have a law that says you have a right to a refund within a certain period of time from the moment you bought or received the item. Stores don't just get to set their own rules.
Just because you say I am a Karen does not mean I am a Karen and please reduce the sarcasm. You sweetheart are condescending and wrong. I will be seeing your supervisor honey, good day.
"You are in the very wrong" . 🙃
I love that sketchy mouth Veronika makes. It's not a smile. It's not a frown. It's Mom's "look of death" that makes you weak in the knees.
I was just thinking that on this one that square smile is a big hit
Does Veronika teach management courses 😂😂😂😂
Yes see all her videos about real life exp and sch. :D
😂😂😂
0:44- All jobs need a final answer department right now.
Veronikas voice is everything
I love how Veronica just like embraces the awkward silence and lets it grow naturally.
These are getting better daily.
She should’ve asked for an exchange or store credit!!!
Say it with me, “NO REFUNDS” repeat it. Please exit to the left here is your receipt, have a great day. Next in line
I like the office worker Veronikas best! 😂😂
The fact this kind of conversation actually happens...A LOT!!! It's NOT hard, Karens!!! >.
Actually had someone complain that the self-checkout didn't give them their BOGO on cereal. She had ONE box of cereal. "I bought one yesterday."
LMAO I am the "final answer department" at my job. I love this.
Deleted Scenes: Wow, I cant believe you would talk to me like that. I WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER!
I love these! I WISH management could put people in their places!!
The Final Answer!!!! I love it!!
Veronica, you’re a mess. I love the way you handle yours customers. You have no filter 😮
In the VERY wrong 😂😂😂😂😂😂❤
The receipt is given after the transaction, no advance notice. These animations are brutal, informative, and very funny, excellent.

YES! 💯 👍🏿 😹
Lady is not very smart. She had a chance to turn around and go to the bar and be salty, but instead thought she was right. Bruh 😂
Only way this would work is if the product/service was faulty, or not actually provided.
But “I just don’t want it anymore”? Nah.
Yep, defective or not fit for purpose 🎯

This is the best Veronika skit
Go away Karen lol
My only question is, was the customer told that there were no refunds PRIOR to her making the purchase?

Different stores have different return policies on different items. The customer should have checked to see that specific stores return policy.

This is how & why
Walmart & Amazon will always be KING - because they give refunds🎯‼️
😂😂😂
Surprised she didn’t direct her to Facebook marketplace or eBay talking about I don’t want it I want my money back
🤣🤣🤣
Which one is Rosie Perez?
Damn. That was a hard no!
😮😅😊

Where is “here”?
Yep. Some states in the US allow for up to 30 days
Soooo...WHAT in your mind made you think... Answer to WHY this makes sense in their minds AND of course DOESN'T apply to them~Millennials.
Hope the object doesn’t break…
If the object breaks, it could be a manufacturer defect, in which case you'd go to the company that made it and NOT to the store of purchase
Unless said hypothetical object was mishandled by the store, or produced by the store. Too many if ands or maybes…
