So very grateful for this video. I had a cat that was sick and urinated on the floor quite a bit. It is absolutely disgusting and I could never imagine leaving a home like that for someone else to move into. I do want to move and I'm hoping I can do some are the renovations you did to repair the room. Thank you

I used peroxide to “eat” subfloor urine. Many times and lots of scrubbing etc. Let it dry. Used oil stains and then clear poly sealed it. Several coats. Did pretty good but I don’t think the pet urine went that deep. Def smells better in there now. But the key is to use something enzymatic on pet urine or on anything else biological. It “eats” it so it deals with stains and smells simultaneously.

A great Dane, boxer, and 3 chihuahuas and the worst stains were by the door. Awful. ... on another helpful note removing sections and sealing is awesome before I sealed I also took baking soda and hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle and sprayed directly to each area saturating. It made the world of difference. The seal was just to ensure nothing more to be emitted as o have asthma and allergies

The animals are not disgusting. The disgusting ones are the OWNERS of those animals because they never took the time to train their animals to go outside.
