I’m 21 and I’m just going to say this, there’s days I just want to die, times where I ask, how much more can I take? I’ve dealt with this for years. I just come here to say that I have been taking Fenugreek, they are natural pills that you get from Amazon and they change your body odor to a maple syrup odor! I haven’t been smelling bad since I started taking them. It’s been three weeks of freedom from bromhidrosis. I hope this helps someone, you should really try them!
It's nice to hear another brother talking about this! I did a month detox recently and started smelling deodorant FROM high school! Now that all of that gunk is out of my system, I barely even need it now.
I'm almost 40 and it's been since I was a kid. I was always called the smelly kid. I shower, use deodorant and cologne, clean clothes, top up deodorant a few times a day. Everyone still says I stink. 🙄 It's so frustrating and humiliating. I've even talked to my doctor. Nothing. Irish spring body wash, Degree spray deo/antiperspirant, good tooth paste, pomade, cologne, vaseline men lotion. I'm always fresh and spiffy. Just stuff you gotta do every day man, it's not really a hassle, just life.
Irish spring smells weaker than it used to. I buy the bar soaps for my son and I use it on occasion because I feel that men's soap cleans better than women's soaps but I also bought coast and in my opinion coast is much better especially in the heat.

I swear I've tried everything & my clinical strength deodorant had stopped working for me after six long years 😭 idk what to do anymore! Deodorants and antiperspirant doesnt elimate odour makes it worse because it clogs up pores. If you want to reduce armpit odour use hydrogen perioxide 3%. Step 1: use a cork full of hydrogen perioxide Step 2: Pour it into a container and mixed it with water. Step 3: Use cotton or wash cloth and apply to armpit, groin, chest, feet ect. Step 4: Let it stay for 30 minutes. Then after you bathe and wash if off. Do this method for 5 days and you will see stupendous results. Note: You will notice the changes within 2 days.

the real reason is in the genes (ABCC11) . almost all people I know does not have body odor even if not taking a bath for days or washing up for days with sweat at the armpits but no bad odor. if there is one have body odor,it is easily remembered because that how scrace it is to smell someone that has body odor. if you have wet or sticky ear wax,it is very likely that you have body odor.

I don’t pluck all hairs.. I use my fingers to pluck the hairs that are weak or prone to fall out. It does not hurt at all.
I notice after eating onions and garlic my sweat always stinks so this really make sense

9:00 I have to use antiperspirant. Sweat makes me itch and break out in hives. My Dove antiperspirant really helps me with that issue.

Guys Make your own deo with Soda(Natron) & Coconutoil! Research about it .Soda neutralizes acids and Coconut oil is antibacterial

Good info but lime is the best solution. It's low ph keeps bacteria at bay for 24 hours in the groin and rear.
