Saying this here, because I might be the only one who remembers, but when Xenomorphic Tendencies uploaded their extension [which is now privated], they credited one IceCoreMelodies in the very title of the video. They seem to be a music creator, so It's possible they made it, but it's also very possible that they just uploaded it. Either way, I feel as if that's the closest we're gonna ever get to a credible credit source... Make of it what you will, though.

Oh remember this song, i have this in my disk, i downloaded it from devianArt with the title "UNDERTALE The Hero That Never Existed (FANMADE GASTER BATTLE THEME)" sadly i think i dont downloaded the picture, or was deleted from my disk fault to a corruption of my files, the picture was little like undyne but with gaster, and a text box below i dont know if the text was the title of the song. Edit: with a little search, i think i found the image, or at least the most near as i remember Edit 2: ok, with more research i found it, i found the deviantart, i found the original link where i downloaded this, and i confirmed the image. ha ha i so bored, what a good remember. Thank you so damn much! I went looking for this about 3-4 months ago and realized the video was privated. Thanks for reuploading it, I thought this song would ironically enough, seem as though it never even existed.
I remember listening to the original. I had added it to a private music playlist, at some point I noticed that it went unlisted at which point I downloaded the song. It has since then been sitting in my local music playlist (I have stopped using YT Playlist and have pretty much completely moved to downloading videos, in part because of stuff like this) although I had never thought about re uploading it. Anyways it stayed unlisted for a while I remember making a comment about it being unlisted alongside a few other people that had gotten there through playlists too. That being said, it did eventually end up getting completely deleted. Today when it came up in my playlist, I was curious about if this had ever been re uploaded which is how I ended up here. Unfortunately I don't have much more additional info about this, the file I have doesn't seem to have any relevant metadata. The only thing I have is a fairly low resolution version of the original thumbnail.
Couldn't tell you who the original artist was tbh. I had the audio ripped from a YT reupload of the song. The original song was on Soundcloud I believe and I think the artist who made it purged everything and disappeared from the internet. As I said, if the artist wants credit I'll put it in the description but they have to come forward and tell me who they are.
Unfortunately like I said in the description it seems like this song has been almost entirely removed from the face of the internet and I honestly didn't even remember it until I found copy I downloaded saved on my old hard drive. If you or anyone else wants to make an extension that's your choice. Although I can't support that choice one way or another. I uploaded this purely for archival purposes as I don't believe any art should be deleted.

Yeah maybe that's why the artist purged everything. There's virtually nothing I can find regarding who the original artist was. I know he/she was on Soundcloud at some point and that the account is likely deleted considering the song is erased from the site. Aside from that, nothing. No trace. Like they vanished from the damn timeline of reality into the void.
