Heh, "Reality Check." When you think about it, that's just what the fight with Sans is, isn't it? You begin the battle confident in your ability to win after steamrolling all the previous bosses, only to have your delusions of grandeur utterly destroyed. That's why I think it's super cool that you chose that name for this mix.
0:44 When you're all out of healing items, and at the end of the fight with sans, the screen does that black out thing and he dodges the game attacking for you.
Excuse the rant on how fantastic this is: At first, it seemed...boring. Was this going to be one of those slow remixes, that, while emotional, completely lose sight of everything Megalovania represents? There’s a guitar. Okay, yeah, I don’t think I’m going to---hold on. Is that? In the background! That’s megalovania! and--WHAOH THIS WENT FROM 1 TO 100 REALLY FAST This was….so satisfying. From the beginning, each feeling from this fight is clear and sharp. The beginning, seeing sans in the judgement hall, his monologue in the guitar chords, the small build, a suspicion that something is not as weak as it seems. And then, Sans’s first attack, intense and completely out of nowhere. Oh, and at 1:45 seconds, I could so clearly see sans offering you mercy, and you accept, but wait, the battles not over, and have some sneaky background megalovania again, until oops no you’re dead, and then even the Get dunked on moment with Song that might play(ect). Yeah. This, is undoubtedly, my favorite Megalovania remix of all time. tl;dr: cool remix.
I like to think that when you’re just about to land the final hit on Sans, the screen abruptly goes black, and the sound effect at 3:42 plays. Then, when the screen goes back to normal, you see that your attack has missed, and Gaster is standing in front of Sans, presumably to block him from your attack. Then, the real battle begins, and the music from 3:56 onwards plays, and you battle against Sans and Gaster, and every time you try to hit Sans, Gaster moves in front of him to block the attack, you obviously can’t attack something that doesn’t exist, and since Gaster doesn’t really exist, your attack “misses”. Same thing occurs if you try to hit Gaster himself. You “miss”. You can’t win. Sans and Gaster eventually kill you so many times that you just give up, and then they take your soul, and reset everything.
lol i think it could be you do land the final hit on sans, and the sounds from 3:42 plays you can see sans bleeding out stumbling as you can see blood flying out everywhere and for some reason he is glitching.. since sans is most likely related to gaster in someway.. then the screen goes black as you can see him fall to the floor.. and the pap theme is a flashback to you fighting papyrus that you and sans see. after that sans uses determination to fight a little longer and try to avenge his brother, but slowly like all the other monsters that use determination he begins to melt right in fount of you and his attacks get weaker and weaker until he cant attack anymore and you can choose to either just finish the job and kill him right there or walk away and let him slowly melt into nothing.. but that could happen if like you do something that deletes or *kills* gaster before you get to sans.. i think that could be cool

You begin the battle confident in your ability to win after steamrolling all the previous bosses, only to have your delusions of grandeur utterly destroyed. That's why I think it's super cool that you chose that name for this mix.

At first, it seemed...boring. Was this going to be one of those slow remixes, that, while emotional, completely lose sight of everything Megalovania represents? There’s a guitar. Okay, yeah, I don’t think I’m going to---hold on. Is that? In the background! That’s megalovania! and--WHAOH THIS WENT FROM 1 TO 100 REALLY FAST
This was….so satisfying. From the beginning, each feeling from this fight is clear and sharp. The beginning, seeing sans in the judgement hall, his monologue in the guitar chords, the small build, a suspicion that something is not as weak as it seems. And then, Sans’s first attack, intense and completely out of nowhere. Oh, and at 1:45 seconds, I could so clearly see sans offering you mercy, and you accept, but wait, the battles not over, and have some sneaky background megalovania again, until oops no you’re dead, and then even the Get dunked on moment with Song that might play(ect). Yeah. This, is undoubtedly, my favorite Megalovania remix of all time.

I like to think that when you’re just about to land the final hit on Sans, the screen abruptly goes black, and the sound effect at 3:42 plays. Then, when the screen goes back to normal, you see that your attack has missed, and Gaster is standing in front of Sans, presumably to block him from your attack. Then, the real battle begins, and the music from 3:56 onwards plays, and you battle against Sans and Gaster, and every time you try to hit Sans, Gaster moves in front of him to block the attack, you obviously can’t attack something that doesn’t exist, and since Gaster doesn’t really exist, your attack “misses”. Same thing occurs if you try to hit Gaster himself. You “miss”. You can’t win. Sans and Gaster eventually kill you so many times that you just give up, and then they take your soul, and reset everything.
Not if you stay determined.
Nah you are literally just forced to die like you can’t do anything.

lol i think it could be you do land the final hit on sans, and the sounds from 3:42 plays you can see sans bleeding out stumbling as you can see blood flying out everywhere and for some reason he is glitching.. since sans is most likely related to gaster in someway.. then the screen goes black as you can see him fall to the floor.. and the pap theme is a flashback to you fighting papyrus that you and sans see. after that sans uses determination to fight a little longer and try to avenge his brother, but slowly like all the other monsters that use determination he begins to melt right in fount of you and his attacks get weaker and weaker until he cant attack anymore and you can choose to either just finish the job and kill him right there or walk away and let him slowly melt into nothing.. but that could happen if like you do something that deletes or *kills* gaster before you get to sans.. i think that could be cool
