    This video was really useful knowing how to cancel the emails. It's something that even zoho support couldn't tell me. I had reached out to ask about having something like this and they said it wasn't possible but your additional condition helped fix that.

    Very clear explanation. Im looking to send a welcome email if somebody buyed a product. The product has a expiration date and i want to use a place holder in the welcome email to notify the contact when his product exactly expires. Before that i need to now if i can use the product module for this, or that i need to create a custom field with a checkbox to link a product to a contact and send the email based on this checkbox. I just can't put my finger on how i can use the expiration date for a product that is sold for a specific contact. This way i can also send a reminder email when the product expires, 30 days before it actually does.

Definitely gotta subscript to your podcast 🙂 Hope you'll find time to answer my question there: I want to send a customer satisfaction survey every 8 months to my clients. So far I've been doing this with CRM, Mailtemplate and personal reminder to send the mail (used your video how to integrate survey with crm btw). Now it's automation time: How do I send a recurring message through CRM? I coldn't find a way (already checked the NPS-Video).

      Hi Manguito, You can set up a recurring workflow rule based on a date field but the recurrence is limited to Monthly/Yearly.
      Create a new field for “Date Last Survey Sent”. Set up a recurring workflow rule to trigger monthly. Then add a criteria for triggering the email template on records where the last survey date’s age in days is 240 or more (8 months). Then also trigger a field update to update the survey sent date to the execution date.
