-There was a manga cover featuring Gojo and above him a lotus flower with one eye
- That drawing Gege released last month showing Gojo with one eye
-In the anime openings and endings showin Gojo with one eye
- Gege's avatar, a white car with one eye.
There's probably more hints, but the popular theory is that on the brink of death, likely after the airport scene, Gojo used a binding vow to sacrifice one of his eye to stay alive.

"One cannot revive after death". I know I'm nitpicking here but Yuji did that twice, when Sukuna healed his heart and when Yuta "killed" him to complete the vow with the higher ups.
I don't think we have as hard or as clear of a line with death in this series.
In jjk fanbook Gege says that yuji was in suspended death in sukunas innate domain and hadn’t actually died yet so no. He even mentioned that if sukuna hadn’t restarted his heart in time he would have actually died.

Kashimo and Ryu likely never actually died, they imbued themselves into a cursed object to escape death so they could incarnate later, same with Sukuna. Toji didn't revive at all, it was just the grandson being overpowered by a piece of tojis DNA it merged with. And also brother theory seemingly was confirmed in 257 that Yujis dad was Sukuna brothers soul having found a new body.
The only one I think you could argue got revived, if we are arguing that Yuji was held in suspended animation, is Panda, but Panda was an interesting case because of needing 3 souls to stabilize

My theory: Yuji was the one who said Domain Expansion and his domain allows him to use the OTHER meaning of shrine which is a place where the dead and living can interact, essentially allowing him to bring back all of his dead friends while they're in his domain
this also makes sense with Yuji saying ""Try to chew up me and my suffering"" as his domain in this case would literally be him "puking up" all his trauma that hes "eaten" throughout the series

Basically, it makes the most sense for it to just be Sukuna seeing a ghost, metaphorically and philosophically, it makes sense for Gojo to haunt him as Gojo's will in the form of his students overcomes him.
However, if we assume GeGe was serious about only Yuji dying or everyone else dying, it would be a foolish move to tip his hand so easily by killing Gojo for keeps so early. Personally, I think GeGe was full of shit when he made that statement, as most writers are constantly tinkering with their ideas, and they're never set in stone until they've been put to paper.

Bro, the Lotus Theory and the North Theory are closely entwined with each other. It's all brought together by the fact that Gojo is very clearly a parallel to Buddha. When Buddha was born he took seven steps north. With each step, a lotus flower bloomed where his foot landed. After taking those seven steps he then declares the famous line "Throughout Heaven and Earth, I alone am the honored one." All these things relate to Gojo. Gojo's first name, Satoru, literally means enlightenment, and Gojo's most famous line is a direct copy of Buddha's line. In 236, a large part of Gojo's discussion with his dead friends is about either choosing to go North to be reborn or South to accept who you are and move on into the afterlife. On top of that, in chapter 236 the panel containing the flowers you showed earlier in the video has seven lotus flowers (one of them is hidden partially behind one of the text boxes). So for Gojo to be reborn/reawakened he needs seven steps leading up to it. In chapters 253-259, there are seven direct references to Gojo. The first five are flashbacks, the sixth is a narrator statement and Sukuna straight up copying Gojo's hand sign, and the seventh is the narrator talking about how the constant manipulation of domain barriers by Gojo prevented Sukuna from using fire arrow in their fight. Leading up to the teaser we see in chapter 260. In regards to Gojo's actual ability to heal 1. when he goes down his rct is basically at max output thanks to the second black flash 2. Gojo is still alive when he goes down as seen by the fact he smiles after Sukuna says he will remember him. If that's not good enough evidence for him still being alive in 236 then just look at Yuki. She also gets split in half by Kenjaku, yet she is still able to send Star Rage into overdrive and produce a black hole. So despite her stomach literally being blown away, she still had access to cursed energy and was able to use it to devastating effect. So Gojo would definitely be able to do the same and use the rest of his cursed energy on his rct to seal off the worst of the wound in an attempt to ensure he lasts long enough to reach Shoko and make her job easier. So to sum it up, we know Gojo was probably still alive when he was brought to Shoko by UI UI (though he probably fell unconscious due to the damage and the effort of sealing off any of the damage he could). We know Shoko has probably been doing damage control on Gojo's body (possibly with the help of Utahime's boost). We know Gojo's ability to use RCT is potentially at the highest it's ever been. We've seen Gojo's seven steps north leading to his rebirth and his coming back to the battlefield in chapter 260. All of these things come together to provide solid evidence that Gojo is coming back.

could be cuz kenjaku was still alive inside geto's body at the time and as we saw when gojo was getting sealed geto still had some type of control in his body (grabbing his neck)
but since kenjaku was the one that was in his body he cant really become something new and is just forced to look at north seeing what he could become yet never being able to achieve it

Things to take note of Gojo's suposed comeback:
The first time we see Gojo, it's on a 3rd person perspective. Sukuna and Yuji both aren't seeing it and then Sukuna notices it when he opens the domain.
Shoko sending MeiMei's minion to the battefield is a risky move that almost got the brat killed. Why don't wait for the Shinjuku showdown to be over for then move the bodies?
Also if this entire Ui Ui plan means something then it means that Shoko may do something in her life. Why Gege would introduce someone as useless as Shoko to begin with? She has to do...SOMETHING.
I mean i think Shoko is basically so that Gege doesn't have to explain how some of these characters survive almost fatal injuries.

Just for the record bc I pretty much posted this theory on every major jjk tubers video I got pretty much 90% of what happened right . The only thing I didn’t get right was it being Gojo’s body. But it was technically Yuta , they did go over their familial relationship in the chapter of Yuta and gojo , and yuta getting the 6 eyes for this to be valid was a major talking point during the chapter as well. Like the only thing I didn’t consider was the Kenjaku cursed technique body switch but who could’ve predicted that highly specific I will go with the 3/4 prediction

I remember when I first read the chapter on an early translation, one of the tl footnotes noted how the japanese word the narrator had used to refer to the "ghost" Sukuna saw was the same word Sukuna had called Kashimo during their brief altercation. Not sure what that would mean if it was true, or if it's even true at all, but it is still an interesting detail.

There are 2 more theories you forgot to mention:
1: Gojo got teleported to Shoko, Nitta froze his brain/wounds, while Shoko healed Gojo with the boosted RCT output made by Utahime's dancing in the background
2: At the beginning of Gojo v Sukuna, Gojo did a hollow purple and said "everything will be determined by this one attack". Sukuna quickly healed from the damage, which left us all confused on the purpose of the 200% HP, but Gojo could've planted something in the attack that would make Sukuna have hallucinations of Gojo. Similar to Bleach, when Urahara planted a sealing Kido inside Aizen, that activated when Aizen was at his absolute weakest point.

Touching Sakunas blood could be the condition for the blood manipulation domain expansion. The way the panel reads, we don't know who is saying "domain expansion." It could be Yuji, and the sure hit is that those who's blood you are touching will have to fight people they've killed in the past

You missed the sad, but still possible, theory that states that since the editor is calling this figure a "ghost" this would be simply another case of a character who's on the brink of death/already died talking with other people who have died. This is a common trope for JJK and for Sukuna who is a selfish being it makes sense that he would see the man he considered the strongest beneath him.
Maybe Yuji domain could summon dead spirits, so it's what sukuna feared the most in battle which was Gojo

With how weak Sukuna is right now after so many soul punches from Yuji, Gojo would wipe the floor with him. So 1 of 3 things happen next chapter:
Gojo’s fully back, sukuna dies and merger starts;
Gojo is back but nerfed from some kind of pact and the fight continues.
Gojo’s completely gone but is somehow preventing Sukuna’s DE and the fight continues.
Personally I hope for the first option. I love Sukuna, but he’s literally been fighting for 40 chapters straight
as everyone has had a training arc during the month timeskip i think Skoko might've had an awakening of sorts. she is an integral part of the Sukuna War Effort.
Six eyes cannot be turned off and can only be suppressed, there likely fueled by cursed energy, so what if in the loss of his main store of cursed energy (his gut) he traded his six eyes to use all of the cursed energy stored in them to heal himself (still go/jo)
I actually like the “Going North” theory. For me it actually makes sense to me. In a way that Gojo is going to find a new purpose other than being known as the strongest. This also correlates to what Geto had said to Gojo in some sort of way. And in chapter 260. When we see the panel of Gojo, it says something about Gojo being departed. So does the word imply Gojo departed north?

I’m not sure if anyone has said this yet, but what if before the sukuna vs gojo fight when he was talking to yuji and everyone thought yuji had a soul swap ability, what if gojo just put a small bit of his soul in yuji or something so they could fake sukuna out with a vision of gojo when he is still dead

2 theories I came up with:
1- ui ui swapped the soul of someone with gojo's body, which means that person's body would become hollow and that person's soul would inhabit gojo's body, and then you would just have to sew up his body before hand.
