I think you still can use 360 camera as secondary view. If you choose and combine appropriate video clip it will be nice also. 😁

Yes, absolutely agreed with you. Why would the driver sound unfriendly 👎with the passenger. Fundamentally, driver should be friendly towards any passengers and be patient and not rush to drive away even he could see the passengers were coming toward the bus I reckon. DBKL or RapidKL should put more efforts in the overall scheme. Sad to see such incident. 🤦🤦@@a_min60

don't mean to defend them, but simply want to point out that the bus driver shouldn't be rude to passengers regardless if they are locals or foreigners.

Back in 2014 - 2019 me & my mum will pick any day from Tuesday to Friday & travel from Singapore to Johore by bus & then we will explore Johor with a paper map. We avoid Monday because some of the food stalls will be close. We also avoid Sat/Sun/Public Holidays as it can be crowded. Me and mum will any how pick a bus number at the bus interchange and let the bus take us where ever it goes...until it's reaches the last bus stop/station....we will get off the bus and explore around the area just like what you did. Explore the market, the coffeeshops, the old malls, old shops, parks you never know what you will run into....I always love the old school vibes and the nostalgia feeling from the environment, buildings, shops, structures, utensils, food, drinks, cars, even the sky...etc. I love the unexpected hilly terrain too. There is something very unique which I feel you cannot find in another country. That sense of freedom and peacefulness with very simple things in life...is very comforting to realise and be soak in to when one is there. I miss Malaysia.

Before internet is popular, this national library was popular among student n community. The library was crowded with people The cafe always full. My childhood memory😊

i always chase bus back when i was a student but its selangorku free bus .. the driver never mad because they always alert if there’s sum1 still wanting to get on the bus.. that driver kinda rude sorry u encounter this 😢

Sad to see that the restaurant you wanted to sine in, was under maintenance. But when in Malaysia, one shop closed there are hundreds of others that are open for you to try even for the first time. Glad that you enjoyed your lunch. Ichang is quite well versed in our local kuih 👏👏👏.
The national library brings back so much memories where I used to do my exam revisions here during the 90s… Time has evolved so much digitally and I wonder if the young school kids still visit this place? No matter what, it is still a national treasure for many fellow Malaysians❤ Well done to Jimmy and iChang for covering the nostalgic library.

Timestamp at 15:55 onward, the GOKL bus driver has to act politely despite passenger is local or foreigner. The bus driver attitude of its anger has to be reviewed by the DBKL. It’s sad to see such reaction from the bus driver these days.

The Datok Keramat Market used to be Tin mine that was filled with water and became a small lake. It was filled with earth in the early 70s. I grew up at Lorong Keramat Dalam 1 which is about 70 meter from the market. It is a Malay Kampung . You should visit it during Ramadan for its Ramadan Bazar. ❤❤😂😂🎉🎉
i actually love jalan2 like this, just get lost in the sity and see all that it offers.i love ur channel coz u go places that i passed by very often but never visit. even i didn't know i can just walk in to the national library. Wished i had the youth and strength to do what you guys doing. you guys should visit the butterfly park near tugu negara(national statue)

That's not a bus stand. The bus stopped due to give another car through. Cause of narrow road due to many cars parking along side. Suddenly the driver saw they ran towards the bus. He can't hold the road too long

Dekat putra mall dulu ada stesen bas ke pantai Timur Kelantan, pahang,ter.saya jalan kaki ikut chow kit, jalan bonus ke metrojaya supermarket untuk naik bas balik rumah di cheras. Sekarang sudah ada stesen lrt sebelah putra mall laluan Bukit jalil😊
This video brings a lot of memories to me as a student. My school Seri Ampang Boys School was just about 300 metres from Datuk Keramat wet market. Everyday after school I will take a bus from in front of the market to get to Chow Kit. The bus route was exactly the same route you take which was Gurney Heights, to Jalan Semarak, then through Kg Baru before it ends at Chow Kit where I attend my tution class at Ming Institution. That was my daily routine for several years.
But that was a very long time ago. Now sadly Datuk Keramat and Chow Kit are crowded with migrants from Indonesia.

Bus drivers typically don’t like it when you bang on the bus to ask them to stop. If you couldn’t catch it, you’re supposed to wait for the next one.

I chang and Jimmy, pease use sun block and and umbrella during your shooting trip in Malaysia as the UV rays are damaging to both your skin.. Or less travel in the open after 10am as the sun is very damaging , sun is too intense and uv radiation is high. Protect yourself. Hope everyone is in good health. ❤

I would suggest you guys do cuisines around the world found in Malaysia series ….and not just Malay food. You will be surprised the variety of international cuisines we have here. Content is getting exhaustive & boring if you just do Malay food.

i used to get off/on the dato’ keramat lrt station to get to work/get home from work in jalan ampang. i’ve been to the barber shops just outside the station building several times to get my hair cut. the barbers looked local but were certainly not local because i couldn’t understand a word they were saying talking among themselves. i believe they were indonesians.
i’ve never ventured into the markets that you both went to mainly because i was always in a rush but it’s nice to see what they look like from the inside based on your video. they look similar to ones you find in terengganu where i lived & worked for several years in the early 2000s.

The nasi ayam shop you pointed out is a "must try" nasi ayam. They are one of the best malay style nasi ayam with yellow rice. The chicken is so crunchy and almost like ayam kampong. Totally different from the Hainanese chicken rice. They have been there for at least 30 years.
Which reminds me, Ichang and Jimmy have you ever tried nasi ayam kampung?

This is the right way to jalanjalan in KL lah. So lucky to have gotten out of Dato Keramat and landed in a Pakistani restaurant. Pakistani food is one of the best in Msia, with much better use of spices. Iranian and Lebanese are worth exploring next too. nevermind the grumpy bus driver lah, public servants here have the mentality that the public are serving them LOL
Next time when you are in Malacca should try Rumah Makan 100 Tahun. Malay classic cuisine located at Ujong Pasir- 100 yrs old building restaurant
ichang and jimmy, actually there a famous durian cendol stall in chow kit. very near from where you off the bus. also you can try lot of food in chow kit and kg baru area.

I go to this wet market every 2 weeks to buy fresh seafood. You need to be there early in the morning. Best to go on Saturday morning around 7-9am. Outside the market there will be many food vendors. Amongst the best is Wan Chappati and another seller selling nasi datang.
btw the Roti John Titiwangsa is behind the secondary school that you passed by. It is just around the corner. btw its a pleasent video, thank youuu!!!

If u eat pakistani food. U need to add gravy like chana daal or lamb karahi.. the chana daal is chickpeas. And the karahi gravy made using fully ghee. Just to add more flavour. This what i always eat at pakistani restaurant. I usually eat at restaurant called ras balouch. Their cold water taste sooo good.😂

it's closer to go to the national library from dato' keramat :) your jalan-jalan this time is natsukashii for me. my family frequented pasar keramat a lot even when we lived 30 minutes away. now we live closer, and my dad always get his haircut there. there's a delicious murtabak stall at the pasar. the national library was my best friend in high school and university. although a lot of things has been digitalised, I still prefer physical resources and did all the research I need for my school projects there. even now sometimes I go there to do work.

Do visit the Raja Tun Uda library in Shah Alam, Selangor. It's my favourite library. They pond behind it is a scenic place to walk and take pictures also.

I went to both RTU and PNM on every weekend. To me if its to relax and study, RTU is best, it has a lot of reference book for teenagers. But to really search for history, I always liked PNM. Nowhere can I find many magazines from 15 years ago across all topics from proper to obscures.

Jimmy n Ichang.. I encountered Burung Tebang Mentua, maybe it is Black Hornbill, in Taman Negara, Jerantut, Pahang. It flew pass 50 metrea above me and the sound of its flapping wings was so loud and gracious.. it was like Ash seeing the legendary Pokemon..

You could have try ikan bakar & Nasi Ayam (the one visible in your video). Another Nasi Ayam Singapore also nearby. All of them are consider legend in Kg Dato Keramat.
