it would help Sir, if you define what is a small to medium sized database that you mention...Like 20,000 rows?? =medium? or too big?
sheets allows up to 5m rows and 300 API requests/minute. So, if you fall well below that, I wouldn't worry.
If you're using something bigger, check out the Excel web app too.
