- In todays episode we are trying to start our baby for the first time.
Unfortunately we had to face some unexpected problems!
If you want to know how the story ended make sure to watch the whole episode :)
If you have any questions, reach out to me on instagram c.p_customs_
Thank you so much for the support during the whole build!
WOW what a puzzle! Great job and who would have thought that it's the coolant sensor!
Thanks buddy ! 🙏🏻
Dude!!!! what a journey. as an admitted k100 geek i was riveted by the timeline sequencing but, emotionally, DAM what a rollercoaster! Editing was amazing, storytelling and continuity spot on, sincerity and frustration and RELIEF absolutely palpable. Congratulations :)
Thank you buddy 😂🙏🏻 it was a rollercoaster journey indeed but at least it was entertaining content 😎 in addition I learned a lot of stuff during this build. Hope I can continue with another project soon. BR Patrick ✌🏻
You did an amazing job! You had kept your head cool and solved a problem that was not easy at all to discover. Well done brow. You showed us really what you are made of. Congratulations!
Considering the rebuild of the bike and the deep cleanings you had made, The results are amazing. Thank you for everything you showed us. Good job!
Thank you buddy for the kind words! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
What a great build. Thanks for sharing even the problems.
Thank you buddy 😊🙏🏻
Amazing job , and we would like to see it riding next episode :)
Thank you mate 😎🙏🏻
Best episode! Good you solved the problem, but watching how you did it... That's was awsom!
Thanks mate 😅 it took awhile but finally got solved 😊
Good episode! Started binge watching all weekend. Seeing that fire was scary and funny 😆
Thx mate 😂✌🏻
Great job, really. You overcame the hurdles. Congratulations
Thanks buddy ! 🙏🏻
Good job! Idea for next episode would be an onboard video with you riding it as well as a few clips of bike passing by the camera to hear how it sounds! 😉👍
Thanks mate ! That’s a good idea 🤔 I will try to set it up when the weather allows it 😎
Oh wow, that's absolutely crazy... never in a million years I would have thought about looking at the temp sensor!
Now you can avoid the time and stress 😂
Good job!! Next is record riding and exhaust sound! Next project r1100 or r1150!!
Thank you buddy 🙏🏻😎
Congratulations mate ! Nice project you have done here ! Thank you for all the pieces of advice all along the episodes. We can feel and understand your frustration… but as you say in the end you have a very nice and reliable bike ! Hope to see another project ! Cheers from Paris.
Thank you mate! 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Greets from Germany 🤘🏻
Ohw man, sh*t for you. I was wondering when the next episode would come. Now I understand. Good you found the issue at last. Looking real good! Congratz
It took a while but luckily it is done ✅😂 thanks mate !
I ordered that sensor just today! Hopefully it’s the fix for my k100.
Wish you luck buddy 💪🏻
Awesome bike!
Sorry, I have to say the I really enjoy the part of troubleshooting.
Hope there is no more problem.😂
Hi ! It's an amazing work on this bike.
I'm verry happy to find your videos, I'm going to start quite same project on an old K100 in the next days, so all your videos are going to be very precious!
Cheers !
Thank you buddy 🙏🏻 really appreciate the support 😎👯
You're welcome. It's inspiring.
Have you consider to make a "recap video" to explain the costs, the tools needed, or spare parts, for example ?
It can be really usefull for people how wants to make the same project.
Actually I will use a lot of advices you gave on this bike, like the wiring part.
Safe ride!
Tolle Videos!
You are a wizard my friend 😅 the fire was unfortunate, but you reaction was funny, I just joking 🙃, every episode is greater than the other and so glad you managed to get to the root cause of the problem, I am learning a lot from you and I am following you steps to build my bike, can’t thank you enough my friend, I hope the next episode will be the episode when you will ride the bike 👍🏻🙏🏻
Thank you mate 🙏🏻🙏🏻 best of luck with your build
Too much bad parts, I was sure it was the fuel pump connector that had failed! Are the original injectors bad after all? I did not know or even ever could think of that the temp sensor could be the cause of flooding the engine, thanks for great info and demonstration!
I would like to see a final episode of the K100, an presentation of all the mods you did and some driving around too! Also because this was a budget build, people might be interested to see what it cost in total, and how much work hours it took to build the bike to this state!
Keep up the good works, I will watch your next builds, even if it is some other bike than a K-bike, or a car maybe!
Thanks mate 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I will do a final video with the result, numbers, functions, etc.
It will take a bit of time but it’s in the Pipeline 😎 BR Patrick ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻
outstanding! EXCELLENT job. I have an 85 K100 ~
As I heard the first start you have to put 5 cl oil in the pistons to be able to have enough pressure for starting
Im building a 96' k1100 cafe, just put the supertrapp on her today 🤙
Thx mate, best of luck with your build 😎🙏🏻
Hi, I have the same problem on my k75, my 3 injector is dead, where do you buy yours ?
www.tills.de/?language=de
@@CPCustoms thanks a lot !
You are super crazy! 😉 I am thinking to buy a K75 ... but your renovation (rebuilt) work looks 10 times more work what I expected! Congratulation!! 😃 Did you calculate the new equipment, new parts cost? Could you write a rough cost? Do you have a bike, do you use it now?
Danke
Seen the guy do the same thing in America on his bmw build .went up
Moin,
Vielleicht wär so nen bikeporn mit Ausfahrt noch ganz cool, wenn alles eingetragen ist.
Servus 😎 ja ich denke das wäre ne gute Idee 🤘🏻 ich mach mich dran nachm Urlaub
Hi. Is that unit garage exhaust legal in Germany?
Have you measured the dB (Standgeräusch) at 4000rpm?
I haven’t measured anything😅 it comes with an e-number and homologation certificate so 100% legal 😜
Bike looks great, but I don't understand how the coolant sensor caused the extra long pulse of fuel after the cranking stopped. For sure the coolant temp can enrichen the mixture, but that long pulse that continued until the pump stopped makes me think that you either accidentally corrected the problem when you worked off-camera (bad earth?) or maybe the problem could come back! I hope not man. All the best. 👍
I hope the problem don’t come back 😂 until now everything is fine ✌🏻
Very nice build, well done.
From where did you order the injectors and the temperature sensor?
Don't get me wrong, but scene with fire was little funny😉👍
For the ones watching it on screen for sure 😂😂 luckily nothing bad happened 😎
Brilliant
21:00 😄😄damn
😂😂😂🤷🏻♂️
U should Rider it brother ?
I will make a video 😎✌🏻
👌
Congratulation, I need to watch every episode now, but one question, was the bike a runner before you got to work on it? I have had a long history of issues with my K100, bought as a non runner for auction blind... Alternator to fix the charging problem, then Fuel pump packed, then Clutch cable snapped, then fuel relay, then odometer stopped working (replace the broken gears) then the big one... its a mystery how, but while out riding, a smallish screw found its way into the inlet manifold, then it was sucked into the #1 cylinder.. What a noise... Took the head off to find it flatten into the valve seat, bent inlet valve too. The head was scrap, piston and bore was OK. Its been a long process to recovery, finding a affordable head in my country. But soon it will be back on the road...
Damn that sounds like a nightmare 😂 I hope you will get your bike running soon 😎 Thanks for watching my episodes 🙏🏻
Yes. In the video he said the bike would start and run when he bought it. Kind of surprised at that given faulty injectors, fuel pump and temp sensor
I would love to have your contact details. I am working on a bmw k100, and electrics with motoscope getting to critical area. What’s your Company email?
Just hit me up on Instagram mate c.p_customs_ ✌🏻
