Excellent unique interesting yummy Recipe. But sweetness & sourness combo will be nice? Can we make using fresh batter adding jaggery without fermentation & buttermilk?Tnx for sharing. Can we add sufficient amount of jaggery?
Yes it will be good, fermentation is needed but you can use ENO for Instant dosa . You can make dosa without buttermilk but the taste will be changed

Konkani name is fine but what does Surnali mean?
Jaggery and butter milk..is unworth combination..
Jaggery and buttermilk or curd combination is not worth to eat..
Why? curd and sugar main ingradients of Lassi.
