If he was people and always fish’s, their may be foul play. A mother knows her child and habits. Someone might have offered to take him fishing in the middle of river/ lake and throw him off knowing he didn’t go swimming but like to fish. Some people are evil and cruel they probably gave him a couple drinks and he thought they were cool but dumped him in the middle of lake/ river. This guy just wanted to fish. That’s cold if they didn’t call police or help him red flag. A momma knows. Good bless him , Rest in Peace
Maybe you missed the part where the report says his body was recovered with something on his wrist......in that case use ur imagination .....especially if no one on a boat full of people called 911 .......

That river is no joke . If you wade in , you might not come out .
Maybe he wasn’t offered a life jacket, maybe he’s never been on a boat and people may have taken advantage of of him.
