Una cosa es ser joven e inocente y otra cosa es ser inconciente ante la situacion, con su actitud dejo mucho que pensar, no confundan la inocencia con la inconciencia de la misma Amanda y dio pie a que sospecharan de ella. i care for both because yes, Meredith suffered horribly, but Amanda was questioned for hours in a language she barley knew, tricked into confessing to a crime she did not commit, then spent multiple years in jail, so many people hating her and believing she committed such a horrible crime, not being able to live the first years of her adult life, being imprisoned away from her family, only to be hounded by the media upon her release, so much hate for something she never did.

From what I 've seen in other videos about this case A. Knox seems to be a spoiled girl who doesn't care much about the mistakes she' done. The only one she cares for is herself. She has been lying all along - a bad character, probably a psychopath. If she was innocent then why all the lies?
Lies? Which lies? From the Italian magistratura I know plenty of "witch lies".
Which lies? Enlighten us
@@LoiceOchweri You need to watch the other videos where she says she wasn't in the house that night. Then again she said she was there shortly to pick up some things and left with her friend. She also changed further statements too often.
@@rudolfgunther5304 You are worng! She wasn't in the house that night but in Sollecito's flat. Next morning around 10 am she returned to pick up some things. She never changed this story and further statements either! Should I torment you with the long list of lies of the Italian magistratura?
@@LoiceOchweri Accusing Lumumba of the crime?
What a terrible miscarriage of justice. The poor girl was treated so badly by the Italian police and even after the real killer was caught they were unable to back down and admit they made a mistake. My biggest fear has always been of being accused of a crime I didn’t commit. There’s really no way you can prove your innocence when you are locked up in jail and others are determined to keep you there. If you smile at all it proves you are guilty, if you cry it proves you are guilty. If you show no emotion it proves you are guilty, if you show any emotion it proves you’re guilty. You really can’t win at all. I hate injustice more than anything but you can’t fight against it.

She was acquitted and fully exonerated by the Italian Supreme Court. The court determined the evidence presented had been mishandled and misrepresented in the original case. A five judge panel published a report of the acquittal citing gross negligence by the police, prosecutors, "glaring errors" and "sensational failures" in the investigation.

I'd be more scared of you than AK. An innocent woman who served 4yrs in jail for nothing. Because a delusional prosecutor had a theory.
You don't know AK, and yet you think that SHE is VILE? Wow.... how hateful and probably jealous?
So if she is not innocent, why did the Supreme Court of Italy found her innocent??
This is why people oversees don't like Americans. Apparently it can't possibly be her. At the same time, basically extrapolating the mistakes of the first team over the entire Italian legal system. Have you heard about the story of the OF model that killed her BF in Miami? She killed him in cold blood, left him to bleed for 13 minutes, and got released after spending a few weeks at a mental hospital. Only after extreme social media pressure, was the correct procedures followed. Let me ask you this question. Is it so beyond the pale to even think, maybe she is guilty? Maybe the reason the media focuses on her looks is because, in America, women who look like that, are given every single benefit of the doubt, simply for that reason.
