Not full power of NATO weapons. They are actually quite old models of weapons in most cases designed many years/decades ago. The difference is well trained troops, good strategies and leadership, solid command structure and a belief in what they are doing. Also even though older kit, it has been maintained well without deep endemic corruption that Russia suffers from.
Ukraine has done so amazingly well that they likely have revised their initial plans into one which is more aggressive and long term. Can Ukraine actually HOLD that area. Can they actually extend their reach reach and hold the Russian nuclear power station near Kursk? If Ukraine could do this, it would be an incredibly strong bargaining chip, especially in relation to the Ukrainian Zaporizhzhia nuclear power station.
The objective military assessment is that Ukraine will not capture the nuclear power plant and as a result the incursion into Kursk is even more self-defeating.
