Just a few things guys. If you want to select more that one app on your Home Screen you can just continue to press one, and start tapping the others. You can move them all at once. Second, if you press the dots at the bottom you can skip to a different page on the Home Screen without “endless swiping”. Thanks for your videos and have a great day

Thank you for the moving multiple Apps tip! Didn’t know this one and just tried it. Kind of tricky holding the one App while selecting the others but I’ll get the hang of it. Rearranging my iPad right now and this is much easier.

Great roundup of settings. Not into Widgets or the App Library but I’m also not into more than 2-screens of App Icons. I do use folders and didn’t realize that many of the categories in the App Library are what I already use until I checked today. I am considering how I manage the Apps on my iPad. They currently match my iPhone. This should probably change to the 15-Apps I use the most in the Dock and Widgets for the most accessed items, e.g. Specific Notes, Specific Docs, etc and any left over folders on the second screen. I’ve heard rearranging Widgets can be a real pain but, something new to tackle. 😎

For me (David P.) it's one of those things where the amount of time I might save by thoughtfully organizing every app like David L. does just seems like a lot of work. :) But I like your idea too! Really getting the most out of widgets... Maybe I'll try making a widgets-only (or widgets-mostly) home screen...

Your videos are super helpful. I am moving from Android to I phone and it's been a huge headache. Thanks for all the useful information and very clear explanations about how to do it and where to find it. I'm a teacher by profession and it's a rare quality to find tutorials that actually take in to account the possibility that the view is a novice.

iOS 7 first introduced the swipe up "control centre." iOS 11 introduced a new design to the control centre, which is still present in iOS 15.2.1.

I have 1 tip for you guys: Each time you say, "go back to main page of the setting app", if you long press settings will appear and you can get there with 1 press. You always press multiple times to reach the main page of the setting app but you are actually using many extra steps. There you go! I'm sure you two know about this but if you do not then there is a piece of content for a future video.

Use control center for power mode. I like my battery Ivón yellow.
I drag and add apps to stack apps in the bottom bar as well. I was so jazzed when I first tried that. Since I have a pic of my family as my screen saver I really like having a clean screen.

I have one screen for my primary apps, then multiple screens with the rest of my apps, listed alphabetically. On my primary screen, I do have 2 folders (weather & school), but I generally avoid folders. Needless to say, I don’t use the App Library, especially since I don’t like the way it categorizes the apps.

I loved the control center feature. I used to use it all the time to change the brightness on my phone, use the flashlight, mess with music and get to other apps quickly when I had an IPhone SE(gen 1) I got the Gen 2 SE and had to get a good case so it wouldn’t break easily and now I can’t use it hardly every cause when I try to bring it up it either won’t bring anything up or would bring something else up😪 wish they would add a way to change how you bring up the control center so I could use it again.

Here are a couple of things I'm curious about. 1) Sometimes in texting or e-mail I'll somehow have "okayed" a word that is not a word, such as snd for "and." Thereafter the dictionary never underlines it, and thinks it's just great. 2) Although I thought I had chosen UK English for my device, I get underlines if I use for examples "honour," "patronISE" and similar -ise endings, "catalogue," etc. How can I stop that? and 3) tips on how to better organise one's music library. It's shocking when Jimi Hendrix comes on (Alexis Corner introducing him actually) very loudly after I've just run through some quiet classical stuff ...

@5:02 I don't know about anyone else, but one of my biggest problems with Bluetooth "True Wireless" earbuds is a lot of times the max volume isn't enough. I have found the Airpods Pro have the best "volume ceiling" (?). The interesting part is, when I'm listening with the Airpods Pro it says the dB is 93-96 (or whatever the number is) is much louder than when the "Hearing" app is telling me I'm getting the same dB out of my Sony, Sennheiser or Bose (the Bose get pretty loud with the new firmware). I think that 3rd party Bluetooth earbuds aren't reporting the correct dB to that app and the iPhone is, in turn, limiting the earbuds to what it "thinks" is that dB range. Or maybe the 3rd party earbuds software is doing it on purpose because of hardware limitations. It would be interesting to have the equipment to actually test this.
