how do you find them, and how are you dosing? manually?

Interesting video, never thought of adding the trace elements as they degrade quickly, which ones are recommended?
I only dose magneese for my Gonis

@@bishbashash5319hey I know you from the prestige reef dork live stream :-) I believe it’s thinks li beryllium, selenium, cobalt, iron, iodine, and manganese.

@@theeastcoastreefer been dosing 2 part for 2 years and has some good results. I now do 2 cocktails on traces as you can mix certain ones together, I do this but messaging them after an icp and they advise how many ml of each to add. The usual ones like maganese, iodine and vanadium along with others. I also dose a small amount of carboplus on a separate doser. Just seeing if my sps are going to colour up
