Hi Thank you for these beautiful videos Can you explain to us what type of stepper motors you use? Can you advise us on their specifications? my regards
Hi, I just used the standard carry over Nema 17 motors from the original 3018 pro. I think they're 40mm, I'll check and come back to you. There is a way to increase the torque of these motors using a different microstepping setting, which I plan to cover in another video
3018 only refers to the machine cutting size. In the opening part of the video you can see the already modified 3018 which was used as the base for this project. You could use a standard 3018 as the base also
Hi mate well done with this setup. Are you kindly be able to share the 3d print file for the cable chain? Cheers
Thanks!
Personnellement j'aurai remplacé le CTP de bouleau par du POMC et fraisé sur la machine avant modifications.
Subbed
Well done
Very interesting video. Can you please provide the links of these items? I can't find where to buy them at this reasonable prices. Thanks
Can you sell the solidworks plans ? ❤
Very interesting. Thanks for sharing! ✌️
Are you going to make an enclosure for it? CNC is a dusty hobby. Thumbs up for wearing a mask👍
No enclosure as yet but that is a good idea for a future project. I'm looking at adding a laser as well so an enclosure would be good
Can you sell your solidworks plans for the modification?
