Got around to checking this out and I agree with this list haha.
Me personally I love the Kefla figure as mine doesn't have any QC issues but I do wish the body was bigger as it seems they took reference from the manga where she's pretty slim despite her being made for the Dragon Ball FighterZ event instead of the anime where she's hella buff and muscular. Tamashii could've made the figure soooooo much better if she had a bigger body that's proportional to her head which would give her bigger pegs and either 2.0 or 3.0 articulation instead of the weird joints they gave her for much better posability instead of the 1.0-ish joints.
Despite that tho I still have a lot of fun posing her around and even more fun animating with ol Kefla since I'm in the rare species that actually likes her character lmfao.

Yeah, it's a real shame because I really want to like the figure. You and other people really make the figure look good. Looking back at the list, I probably could've put the figure above armored krillin, but the qc issues heavily affected it. It's partially cause it's made in Vietnam, but also because the figure's build is so skinny that it's basically asking for qc issues. It was surprisingly harder to pick the worst figures then the best for the whole list lol. But I'm glad you enjoyed the video man!

For me, the best from last year (going by JP releases) were
SS4 Vegeta
Krillin (Earth's Strongest Man)
Ultimate Gohan
Android 21
and a tie between Hero Piccolo and Freeza: Third Coming.
That said, I skipped a lot of releases last year. Kefla being one of them and by the looks of things, for damn good reason. (I mainly skipped her because I don't care for her as a character and her proportions were off by a mile - her head was way too big and her body was too small. Maybe they got her height down, but the actual body proportions were terrible.)

The issue I have with my first form Cell is his right wing falls off after a little pressure from lifting his tale up
I need Tamashii Nations to make an action figure of Self Destructing Semi-Perfect Cell with the abdomen/stomach being made out of a soft PVC material to make him crunch forward and backwards.

So by Your Standards, Figures that Can’t Interchange Head with Each other Are bad Figures. So Beast Gohan, Broly, Etc, if all these figures can’t interchange with each other counter parts then those should suck as well.
Fair point for anyone, I could be the same feeling of beast Gohan can’t interchange with DBS hero Gohan.
I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s bad, but it’s a added bonus when figure companies do that. Like amazing yamaguchi or Figma, even Mafex. They always use the same pegs, Figuarts ALWAYS like to switch them for some reason. So yea, it’s kind of annoying when they do that, but doesn’t make a figure bad, but it is something worth mentioning

This whole video was 2 guys complaining for 28 minutes especially starblast dude I get you don’t like some of the figures but it started to get annoying
well,of course you would need to point out the multiple issues on the figures. not every figure comes out as perfect to everyone.
So the whole year for 2022 was Freiza saga, the Tournament of Power, and DBS Super Hero, and 2023 so far has been Frieza Saga, Cell Saga and DBS Super Hero.
