Knocked mine out last night - TIP: You do NOT have to remove the roof - just separate the supports where they meet the cart above the cowel and pull the cowel off. Also - when you add the tie rod extensions, turn them all the way in on both sides (tie rod and tie rod end all the way in) so the only adjust to be made is wider (if you need it) - mine barely needed a half a turn out. Also - camber all the way in so the only adjust you need may be out (again, barely needed a half turn out up top. Last but not least - the comment below about the bolts on the back of the sub frame - its a pain. But if you reverse the bolt so the end is sticking towards the front of the cart, its much easier to get a wrench behind and ratchet up front. Make sure to have a rubber hammer as the A-Arms are not easy to line up in their slots with the bolt holes. Took me about 6 hours total to do but someone who has experience taking these carts apart could do it much faster. WELL WORTH IT! Kit looks fantastic and cart rides much better.
Wonder if those bright chrome shocks work better than the sandblast finish 1s you get now. Kit looks BA, but long travel is a joke. Maybe 1/2” lol which is a 1/2” more travel than stock.
Yeah, you didn't mention how difficult it is to put those bolts in on the subframe. Those are in such a difficult area to reach it is damn near impossible to put those washers and nuts on the backside
Wow, I must have been shipped the wrong tie rod ends. They aren't reverse threaded for sure as they thread onto the non-knurled side, but not the knurled side as instructed. First Jake's assembly item is a fail. This sucks.
I ordered kit 7416 for a FY2019 Drive 2 electric cart. The rear goal post upper holes are about 1/4" too narrow to fit into the shock mounts of the electric cart. What do you suggest? Boring out the holes a bit? Is there a different goal post for the electric cart? Is this a big deal to modify? thanks.

My g29 has a six inch lift. Don’t know the manufacturer, will the Navitas 5k motor fit. I am just about to order it. Thx great info bro
Wow.... Can't believe he assembled this dry..... No grease or lube ??
the camber adjustment on that kit is BS, have to remove the spindle assembly, adjust, and then reassemble, until you have it perfect.
Will be installing this next week. Thanks!!

But can you jump it? 🤔
What size spacers recommended for this kit? 2”?

unecessary drilling and lift kit with all the drilling to the frame. get yourself a better lift kit like RHOX
