I'm a limo driver in Pittsburgh, and the mileage limit for going into the airport is 350,000 miles. All of our town cars made it to the mileage limit, and the my boss used them for trips other than going to airport. My boss has a town car for a personal car, and it has over 490,000 miles. As long as you take care of the car it will go forever.
I just turned 30 and I've had 3 Grand Marquis' and 2 Town Cars. I absolutely love them. I'd probably still be on the first one if people would stop crashing into me. Had an '01 exactly like this one but it was an Executive. No steering wheel controls or memory drivers seat were about the only options it didn't have. My '03 signature had everything. As does my current '02 Grand Marquis LSE, the one with the floor shifter and center console. Never had to do any major maintenance on any of them, and they've all been sub 100,000 mile cars that I got for $3000 or less.
This is a gorgeous color combination with that top for this body style. Not sure it would look good on the last generation, but it looks great on this one.
You called your old Cartier, "Cartee-yay." Thank you! I've heard so many call it, "Car-Tier." Or even worse, "Car-Tear," or "Card-year." It is a designer series by French watch maker, "Cartier," maker of luxury watches. Anyways, just glad to hear someone call that company by its proper pronunciation. On another note, that car is splendid for what it is! Excellent gem!
This was a great presentation. You used humor well and it was interesting but highlighted the best parts of the car. I really enjoyed it. :) I just bought a 2001 Cartier Long wheelbase Town Car with 12,000 miles on it which will be delivered in about a week. Great cars! And it’s sad Ford Lincoln dropped the panther cars from their line up.
The congressional tab doesn’t mean anything I have a 97 towncar with a full vinyl top and says collectors series but there wasn’t a collectors series since the 70s I think
You may never see this but i live in alasak and ive allways wanted to road trip across the us and i found one of theas in Wisconsin and im gonna buy it and drive it up the alkan highway !
Bill is hilarious! Congressional Edition...we may need to paint it with Luminol ...classic! Bill would be a hoot narrating a 90s porn movie explaining all the mechanics of the participants. I think he"s got quite the following...! Keep up the good work!
I didn't like this design of the Town Car but over the years it grew on me especially the more I see them. I'd like to have a Presidential Edition which I saw one in the latest body style which was black on black with the Presidential seal behind the back door. Fun fact Lincoln was named after President Abraham Lincoln which never knew over the years until recently. This one looks great.
One finds it hard to believe the odometer values posted on listings for these craft. I saw one in outwardly decent condition that listed far over 700k.
Congressional Town sedan vs. Name given by the custom roof Builder I'm fairly certain that nobody in congress drove that car and hopefully the luminol test is negative
I wish you would talk a little less about the animals and crafts and focus on the car and mention the asking price on UA-cam videos I live in Florida and I would love to come pick one of those up but I would like more information on the car or in a 45-minute video

You're a great seller! Funny as hell! I hope this car found a good home.

Wow. I didn't know the town cars had alpine stereos back then.
I own a 2002 Town car Cartier premium, where is the gold clock on the dashboard, I love the room and power it has.
The congressional tab doesn’t mean anything I have a 97 towncar with a full vinyl top and says collectors series but there wasn’t a collectors series since the 70s I think
Do you have to wait for your air suspension to rise fully before you drive it
Good looking Lincoln!! Great video!! It’s in amazing condition for the age!!
Beautiful machine!
I like the 2003 design because it has a nicer looking grille
Best car ever made.
You may never see this but i live in alasak and ive allways wanted to road trip across the us and i found one of theas in Wisconsin and im gonna buy it and drive it up the alkan highway !
You know a car is badass when it's being sold alongside Ferraris and Porsches.
Christopher Adams absolutly I have owned 9 and I love them over my Lexus
Ferraris and Porsches are money pits

My grandpa used to have this. Now he has a 2007 Town Car which is nicer as well!
Last of the deep dish wheels with box steering!
Nice cruiser, and the top is classy.

Your presentation sold it alone!
Picking one up just like this tomorrow 2001 for 3k only 73k miles.
Yeah seen these with 500 to 600k on them still running new yup real good cars
One finds it hard to believe the odometer values posted on listings for these craft. I saw one in outwardly decent condition that listed far over 700k.
How long should you wait to drive the car before the air suspension raises all the way
Gracie face when you start it
Gdmorning Bill. You are the absolute BEST car reviewer/ presenter on the web. Thank you sir.
very very nice beautiful 😍
Until the all plastic manifold starts leaking.
then you replace it...classic American car!
Yes
When you fix it they don’t use plastic on the aftermarket intake manifold
John Gotti signature series
Why are they called “opera” lights? Is it short for operational or for an actual opera?
I own 2010 Lincoln Continental Town Car. What is the difference
between in a Continental, and the other Town Car Series?
Congressional Town sedan vs. Name given by the custom roof Builder I'm fairly certain that nobody in congress drove that car and hopefully the luminol test is negative
Nice presentation but he speaker used "You know" so many times it became boring to listen carefully
Very nice USA 100%
That's a half top though, not a 1/4. Great video!
"Bullet proof" "Ford 4.6l modular v8" so which one is it then
Saqlain Jafri Jr. it is if you take care of it and don’t beat the shit out of it
