This is what has been running through my mind the entire video as I try to visualize myself doing it. I get if you've trained it, it probably feels fine, but the thought of trying to force myself to land on my back is unsettling.
I learned from gym rock climbing, you learn how to fall fast and get your limbs out of the way. It honestly feels pretty natural when you're falling backwards at least. I would be scared of over-rotating at heights like this though.
Must have been fun propping all those boxes. This video made my palms sweaty.

Not sure how much it will help you, but a good way I fixed my posture was to stand as tall as I could and place a strip of tape from the base of my neck to my lower back, and then try not to break the tape while doing something like the dishes. I did that a few times a week and I naturally started to keep my back straighter.

I have tried some thing similar, but the boxs we used were a bit too strong, worked in a warehouse as a teen, managers away, we have lots of boxs and are young and dumb, we climb to the 3rd tier of the racking and jump in, one of the boxs did not collapse easy and hurt my back.
This gave ME an adrenaline spike from just watching.

Noticed Sean fell onto 4 layers of boxes and Anton fell onto five layers, but Sean's seemed like a larger area. Anton also fell from a greater height.

The old geezer that I physically am feels oimpelled to yell at you young 'uns for doing crazy stuff like that. The kid that I still am on the inside is yet again in awe at the levels of preparation that went into this and how insane the result looked on screen (and yes, I laughed at the banana peel skit, that was hilarious). Good to see you all made it out of this without too serious scrapes.
